Terrible service

Terrible service. Do NOT use. My package is basically lost. Mailed on the 12th wi th an assurance of Christmas delivery. It’s now January 26 and my package is no where to be found. Cost me $130 to ship. You can’t get ahold of anyone who actually knows where your package is, just “stuck in customs” and they don’t speak English so very hard to communicate. Do NOT recommend.

Fragile candles made it safely to France

I run a small candle shop and had to send a delicate order to a customer in France. I was scared it would melt or get damaged, but the team at Meest helped pack it with care. The package was delivered in 2 weeks and the customer sent me a pic - not a single crack. They even said it smelled amazing when they opened the box. Honestly, that mada my week.

Too much delay for a simple box.

I shipped a package and after two months I am still waiting for it, it is difficult to get support and reach out to customer service, they don't even know where it is, and the last update in the system is confusing and was one month ago. No recommended at all.

Horribly late

Horribly late, now waiting 10 days for urgent package from Italy to Ukraine. They say it would be delivered in 3 days. Still waiting ...

Never ever use meest

Never ever use meest. I had a package to be delivered from USA to India in 3-5 days. The package didn't reach from California to NJ for 7 days. Never trust them again. The package might be lost now.

Delivery took more than double the time we were told!

Mailed a package to Germany on 11/25/25 and was told it should be there in approximately 20 days. The package didn’t arrive until 1/14/26 😡

Beware

I honestly don’t know whether this company is a scam or simply a completely non-functional and non-service-oriented business.

Opening an account was easy, and I received a U.S. shipping address. I sent a package there, and it was delivered successfully by USPS. However, from that point on, everything fell apart.

The website interface is broken. There is no way to see that my package arrived, no option to register it manually, and no way to complete or close an order. Things simply do not work, and there are no error messages or explanations.

I emailed two different support addresses I found, no response from either. I also opened a technical support ticket through the website, which has been completely ignored.

At this point, it seems my package is just sitting somewhere (or lost), and my money is essentially gone.

Don't expect the package be delivered on time

Every time using Meest is a very dissapointing experience for me.
Last autumn the package for my close freind was delievered in more then 8 weeks. I have contacted info and customer service multiple times and I don't have any consernt how they work, but they were not helpful as well.
This time I decided to send the package via Avia for the faster delivery. And guess what? My family still has not recieved it. The status says it SHIPPED FROM NEW JERSEY, USA for already 10 days.
My recommendation, just don't rely on the timeframe they show you.

Also I want to highlight the customer service in Arkady market in Plymouth MN. This is such bad a soviet union vibe of total ignorancy and not welcoming. The ladies there were just doing something different for some time, it took me about 5-10 minutes just to get their attention. They are consistantly not happy with something.
I will use the other place for sure next time. But unfortunately there is not much options except Meest to send packages to Ukraine, so I will still need to use it :(

Realible during crisis

When other shipping companies stopped delivering to Ukraine, Meest kept going. Sent my friend in Lviv a laptop for his online work - it arrived in 3 weeks despite everything happening. Delivery I use from time to time

I often send makeups from America to my mom in Croatia and choose Meest as delivery service, as I don't want to take any risks with others coz this one is very reliable. only one my regret is that parfume shipments are prohibited

moving back home made easy

Used Meest to ship 8 boxes back to Poland when I moved from NYC. Was worried about customs and paperwork but they handled EVERYTHING. Picked up from my apartment, dealt with all documentation, and delivered right to my parents' door in Krakow. Took about 10 days and cost way less that other international services. My mom was so happy to get her American goodies! Best decision ever!

Very disappointed with this service

Very disappointed with this service. This is the second time our loved ones did not receive their package on time. We sent the package on December 15, 2025, to Ukraine, and were clearly told that it would arrive by Christmas. Unfortunately, that did not happen.

As of January 8, the package is still in the United States. The tracking number confirms it has not even left the country. This is especially upsetting because we paid for Avia (air delivery), but it seems the package will be sending by ship instead.

Why charge for Avia if you don’t provide it?
This feels very dishonest.

What makes this even worse is that the package contained very special items meant to be delivered by Christmas.
We called multiple times and were told, “It will be sent tomorrow,”
yet nothing changed.

This is unacceptable service. I will never use this company again.

I strongly advise others to read reviews carefully and avoid this service. Save your money, time, and nerves.

this service never disappoints

I ship clothes from USA to Prague, and Meest dep near me always delivers on time. No stress at all, packages arrive in good condition, and I can track everything step by step. For my business it's really important, so I appreciate their reliable service.

Awful service

The package sent by aviamail still has not been delivered after 23 days of waiting! Customer support is able only to check tracking and completely impotent to help solve the issue.
Avoid this company if you value your time and nerves.
