The bait and switch discount offers are terrible "up to 50% off" is never 50% off and the "almost everything" means nothing anybody ever orders.
This'll be my last order, I'll be purchasing from competitors in the future just to avoid the scammy marketing here.

None of the product I ordered showed up in the UNIUni app is terrible when trying to figure anything out. There’s no help go to customer service and it just loops back around to tracking my package which I already did multiple times.the Chat bot does nothing.

I signed up for Myprotein subscription…
I signed up for Myprotein subscription about a year ago to take advantage of subscription pricing and keep the 50% discount on my orders. Then this spring the website said they were out of stock on many flavors of their protein which seemed strange. Come to find out they weren't out of stock just changed the way they were identifying each bag so the could increase the price per serving by about 30%. I felt taken. I signed up so they could have a solid recurring revenue stream and I could get a great discount on the protien we use all the time. Not real happy about the massive jump in price.

Selling by service size to hide price increase
Always love the product but the new sale by serving size vs weight is a very obvious way to try to hide a reduction in quantity for the same price. I get it your costs and demand is increasing but just be honest about it.

When a problem occurs, company ghosts customer.
Was told there was a problem processing payment on my card. I suggested that canceling my order and allowing me to re-order using a different billing address would fix the problem. No reply from Myprotein.
