Your subscription service is month to month but your product sizes are weekly or 60days plus. Add every 60 days to subscription and I’m “in”. Add weight to number of servings. Everything good. Great product.

Customer service did respond back after seeing my post and said they would resend the product and refund me a quarter of the purchase. Thank you for doing something about this matter. Update 6/

Customer service has reached out to me and stated they would make things right by giving me a quarter Refund back of the purchase price and resending the product. Let's hope everything goes well.

Unfortunately the quarter refund on the order never happened, we never got the product (3cases) and never heard from them again .as you may see their response there is no ph# and no e-mail. Im now disputing the charges with my bank. Do better Myprotein

Delivery continuously failed, no reason given
Delivery continuously failed to by residential apartment building with a staffed concierge and mail room - customer service completely unhelpful in getting it resolved when I spoke on email and on chat. No one from delivery attempted to contact me or let me know what the issue is - we receive packages daily, from a variety of carriers and same day delivery people… I don’t understand what could be wrong. Canceling my subscription.
