Soothing, moisturizing with a lovely, fresh scent.

My products never arrived even though FedEx claims that it was delivered.

I wish Nuxe had sent me a small sample or sachet of their Prodigeuse perfume. If I like it, I will surely buy it but I'm not spending fifty or so bucks for something I might hate. They don't even describe the fragrance.

Love the oil and lotion body wash I would recommend this travel kit 😍

I love the NUXE products and have for some time. The only problem is that I always have difficulty navigating the website and placing an order. It doesn't work the way it is supposed to--first my password was wrong (but I always write them down, so I doubt it was wrong) and then the "click for new password to be sent) didn't work and I ended up writing customer service who handled the order, but then sent me another link to change my password which also didn't work. Hope this gets fixed before I want to order again!

I really love Nuxe products. I have tried many and have been quite pleased with everything that I have purchased, from the oil to the facial care products to the bath/shower products and the perfume. The smell is heavenly and I can't get enough!

I am 70 years old and have bought countless anti aging moisturizers through various product line.
I am pleased with Nuxe because it is gently yet quite effective with lines and wrinkles.I feel the wholesomeness of simplicity in action.
I also have a limited income and cannot afford exorbitant prices for items which may or may not work. I buy according to ingredients and have always taken care of my skin and my health

I contact Nuxe two times for my order. And they deal with issues fast and professionally. This is my first order, and I am quiet satisfied with the service. In the future I will reorder the products again.

This is my first time trying NUXE products and ordering from NUXE US website. I received my order on a timely manner. All products was packaged nicely. I bought the 3.3 oz dry oil and wish the splash bottle comes in that size. I wasn't too keen on the top notes of the dry oil, but love the lingering scent a few minutes after applying. I used it in my hair and as body moisturizer. Leaves my hair and skin so soft...love it.
The new body shower oil was okay. It's not as moisturizing as I expected. The NUXE Men shower gel is a gift.

Ordering was simple, delivery was fast and I couldn't be happier with the product!

Bought the perfume and was completely happy with it.. Smells so wonderful and fresh. Nuxe is a wonderful product and would highly recommend it.

i bought two pot in July 2015. And both of them gonna expire in April 2016. I email the customer service, they don't want exchange for me.

I bought two pot last year, the expire date is also April 2016. They mail me the same product as one year ago. And refuse to exchange for me.

I can't say enough about the quality of Nuxe's skin care line. I got a sample of their Reve De meil face wash in a monthly subscription and have been hooked ever since. Timely shipping and a good rewards program.

I was introduced to Nuxe last winter, and purchased Huile Prodigieuse and the lip balm. The HP scent is amazing, very fresh, and reminds me of the scent of suntan lotion in the 70's. A great all year long pick me up, and feels so nice on the skin. The lip balm is very good too, has a lemon scent and really helps with dry, peeling lips. NY winters are harsh, and this balm is like magic. My husband likes it too. I was given a sample of Jeunesse, and liked it so much that I just ordered it. Again, the fragrance is very fresh and clean and it makes my mid 40's skin look instantly brighter and less tired. Nuxe products are high quality, and reasonably priced. I have tried several high end skincare lines that did not work out, but I definitely will continue to use this line.

I love the products and the quick shipping but the lack of care of my purchase from the packaging of the shipping box was very evident. They didn't even seal it with tape on the top. They just folded the boxes corners to over lap, which led to product packaging to be very crushed and damaged

great customer service, but tracking system did not work correctly.

The Nuxe lip balm is amazing! My lips are prone to dryness and I wear this 24-7. I'll put it on at night and it stays put. It's rather expensive but it's soooo much better than chapstick (and I got 30% off this time around). I received my package in a timely manner and couldn't be happier. I ordered 4 of them and was worried about what kind of expiration date I would get on the packages but I was pleasantly surprised to see that they don't expire until 2018! Yay!

Every experience I have had with Nuxe has been a wonderful one. The quality and affordability of the products hooked me years ago while living in France and my experience making orders since then in the US has been incredible. Nuxe is perhaps one of very, very few companies I can say I have brand loyalty for, and the loyalty program definitely led me to exploring what Nuxe has to offer when I was a new customer.

The combination of high quality and reasonable pricing is why I keep coming back and recommending this brand to everything I know. It's almost too good to be true--! So I hope that Nuxe continues to maintain this balance so I can continue to rely on these products.

If I do have any suggestions/observations/etc, it would be this:
1) I would love to see the US Nuxe reflect Nuxe (France) in regards to its offers, benefits, and range of products. I'm so grateful there is a way to purchase Nuxe in the US but I miss the generous benefits and wide selection.
2) Related to my previous point, please bring Nuxe Bio to the market!!!! Nuxe Bio could definitely tap into a growing demand for 'organic-based' products... the Bio line is one of the most sophisticated, high-quality 'bio' lines I've ever used.
3) Lastly, I hope that Nuxe continues to correctly gauge the price of their products. It's rare but I have encountered a noticeable gap between the price of certain items abroad vs here (example: the Reve de Miel Shower Gel... I believe it runs <20euros online on nuxe.fr and almost $30 for US customers. Even at the highest exchange rates the euro/dollar have gotten to in the last 2-3 years, the price for this item is oddly inflated compared to the rest).

I always love and use this hand cream for years. This cream is not only good for your hands and also for your nails:) The price is much higher in US than In France, but cheaper than the air ticket. Plus when there's sale, the price is not bad.

NUXE products are a hit or miss. Some are fantastic like the men's shower gel and the 24hr moisturizing body lotion. While others such as the body oil, lip balm and unisex shower gels fail to impress. Fragrance, texture and quality are inconsistent across the range. Some products are quite luxurious while others, are reminiscent of their drug store heritage. I've ordered from them a few times. My most recent order however, arrived with incorrect items and still has not been straightened out. Might have to nix NUXE.
