Great flax seed mill, zero fuss service
We had an issue with a Peugeot mill bought in store. Peugeot sent us a replacement very quickly and zero (!) fuss. Thank you for respecting your customers' time like this!
Peugeot mills are historically known for their high quality. We can attest to their current quality as well as the level of their customer service in our case.
We're happy to say that Isen is not only good-looking, but is the best mill for oily seed we own, hands down. We use it for flax seed, it also works great for sesame.
We previously used pro restored, vintage brand coffee/Mokka mills (metal from Germany) and grinders (metal by Skepshult, ceramic from Japan) or added to grains in an electric mill (ceramic by Mockmill). The Peugeot Isen mill gives better results in our opinion, the flax are cut and cracked to a wide surface and strong aroma. The mill is smooth to use with little force and easy to adjust.
We're impressed and will get another to gift to family.
