So far so good but because it's used …

So far so good but because it's used I'm just hopeful that it really is in good condition. Customer service has been fairly responsive but they could have maybe wiped down the unit before reselling it. They could have also included the password or had no password on it when it got to me. I had to send an email to get that. Lastly, it would be more heartening if the company had a phone number where one could talk to a person.

From customer service all was perfect

From customer service all was perfect, but a tip I would be nice to know which store is the one sending the product so if there is any question can contact them to solve it before its sent.

Also having same product not specified properly like the case or keyboard for iPad Pro it makes difficult sometimes to buy the proper one making the customer to send an email to find out.

Also, it will be nice to open a store in Vegas, I am very interested on that and I may help with anything is needed.

Wrong charger sent with Fitbit band cannot use as it's dead

I received the correct Fitbit band however I received the incorrect charger for it. Also I emailed customer service in regards to the situation and have yet to get a response it's been over 3 days now. Terrible.

Overall great service but with some recommendations

Overall great service you guys offer at reasonable prices. One big recommendation I have to offer though. Twice I have ordered a game where the picture advertised is the original box the game comes in. On one occasion the box arrived in a cex box and the second occasion the game just came in a plain black box with no cover art or anything.

Please, please, please if you send a game that's not going to be in the original box with the original cover art that came with it then please do not put a picture of it up advertising it like that.

If it's just going to be a disc then just use an image of the disc

If it's not going to be the original box then just use a cex logo

If it's going to be the real box with the real cover art then it's reasonable to use a picture of that.

I order things expecting to get what the picture represents it as.

Other than that I have no complaints. Would be 5 stars otherwise. I'll update this review accordingly overtime as I continue to purchase games through this company.

not shipping correctly.

I have selected a friends address to the shipping location, and fullfilled with his name, zip and so on. CeX sended with his address but with my name!
