DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
they give you so much grief trying to exchange product. Report to BBB, but I assume they are actually overseas. Very challenging to return/exchange, people have better things to do than to be challenged by an unreputable company.

Update from my wife's previous post. Today we finally received a response from customer support requesting additional information. All she is trying to do is returned an item that was the incorrect item shipped and too large, their response is for us to send;
Photo of shipping label on the package,( WOULD THEY HA E THAT), photo of the item with tape measure from shoulder to bottom, Photo of bussum with tape measure to show size. This is the most ridiculous process and request we have ever received from any online company. WARRING DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are making the process so cumbersome in order to avoid a return.

Orderd whe women paitotc Hoodie with the word blessed on it. 3 week later received the item which was not the Hoodia I ordered. Same day I reached out to their support team. Indicating item was not correct and asking for instructions on returning. Received auto reply indicating they would respond in 24 to 48 hours. It has been 3 days now and still no response. In addition the overall quality of items were very disappointing, stitching coming loose etc. I can not recommend three products.

WARNING WARNING ……DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. EVERY REVIEW HOLDS TRUE AND HAVE A STORY TO TELL. Usa Gear is a FRAUDULENT COMPANY. MY ADVICE, REPORT THEM SO THEY CAN NO LONGER DESTROY USA AND OTHERS WHO BUY FROM THIS WESITE. I WILL CONTACT THE BBB, BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

Please do not buy from this company the Hoodie I ordered was large they sent me an extra small also they misrepresented the quality

Honestly it not the money it is the principle

I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered the ugly, thin, misrepresented sweatshirt. They will not refund my money either . The reviews are fake . I would t wear this ugly made in china sweatshirt any wear .

Do not buy from this company. This product is made in China not in the USA. It is nothing like they advertise. It is not an oversized sweatshirt. It is polyester China. Crap. They are not trustworthy. It took forever to get shipped and now that I have it, and am unhappy all they want to do is give me a 15% refund, they’re telling me I cannot return it. do not buy from this company!!!

We have been trying since December to contact this company. The material on the hoodies is inferior and we wanted to return them. If you get a response and try to reply, the emails come back as "unable to be delivered". Do not deal with this company! If there is a class action suit, let me know.

Don't do it! Product is trash! False representation. Looks like sweatshirt and actually paper thin tshirt material

The shirt is NOTHING like the picture showed. I am so disappointed as this was a gift for someone. I cannot give it to them! It is so poorly done. I am reaching out to company to see what they will do for me. I will put another review on if they make it easy to return. Sad :-(

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE don't order from this fraudulent company. The product is over twice the cost of Amazon. I thought I was supporting a US based company but it is clearly not. The product is shipped from overseas and takes over three weeks to arrive. Once you do get your product it is exactly as everyone else is stating, very poor quality. The material is almost sheer. This is supposed to be a hoodie. They don't give your money back and when you question it, they send you a copy of their return policy which is a joke. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, save your money and not buy from them. I will be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau as well as the website that I saw the advertisement on. Highly disappointed.

Company is a ripoff and refuse to refund my money. I wish there was an attorney who could do a class action suit

I had the same experience as previous review. Shipping was very slow. Hoodie looks nothing like the product shown on the website. Material is thin and glossy. No material content tags or country of origin. Size is smaller than any other XL. Working to return the product for refund is proving to be very difficult. They want an unpacking video, photos of actual measurements with measuring tape. Photos of all packaging. So far they have offered to ship another hoodie and a 10% refund. But, the material is such crap I told them I don’t want another hoodie.
No reply so far. I don’t recommend ordering from this company.

Slow shipping, poor quality, fit, value, print.
I ordered this hoodie October 29 and it finally arrived December 4th, so very slow shipping from China.
Material is paper thin, a quality I've come to expect from clothing made in China.
Fit for an XL that I ordered is tight, more like an L and no extra room at all that you would expect from a hoodie, but what I've come to expect from clothing made in China.
The pattern on sleeves is sloppy and overall doesn't look as nice as photo on web in person.
On webpage I placed my order from, it said 'American Made', but this was made in China as evidenced by tracking info, shipping through customs and no made in USA label or any label indicating country of origin. Tried to cancel order next day but was refused since cancellations can only be accepted 6 hours after order for an item that didn't ship for days after ordering.
I paid $45.83 for a hoodie that I wouldn't wear anywhere and would keep me any warmer anyway since it's so thin.
Hard to believe all positive reviews on their site are real, they seem fake/fabricated and no negative reviews so company doesn't seem honest for multiple reasons.
