The only reason I gave them a 1 star is because there weren't and minus stars. Avoid this company

I placed an order & actually got it. However my total order was $42.28 total. I even have a screenshot of it.
They charged my credit card $52.85.
Contacted my credit card company & all Usacomfyclothes did was show proof it was delivered.
I can’t contact the company. My 1st & last order from them.

The whole website is a lie! I wish I researched before I ordered.
I placed my order May 1st, money left my a count real quick. Got tracking number 3 days after, shipped from Sweden! Got stuck in Chapel Hill NC. I emailed them to find out what's going on, they sent me a different tracking number, this one from China. It's now June 17th and still no order.
I filed my complaint with the FTC, and will file another complaint with the attorney General. I have saved all correspondence with this company including the website and other websites that have the same background/product line etc.
I only lost $59., but the fact that they are getting away with this is what really pisses me off

UPDATE: 6/20/25 I just received my order. Not made with cotton, no tags on items other than size. Fabric is see through. I will see how long these last.

This states it is an American made company with American fabrics - not true. This is coming from Hong Kong, by way of Spain. I have not received my order placed April 30, 2025 and customer service will not give me a refund. So I have had to file with PayPal and will see how this goes. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered on April 29th and have not received my order!!!

Not a USA company. Parts of my order came from Italy and Ireland and took over 6 weeks. Then when I received the order the sizes were incorrect. I contacted support but got no response. Buyer beware!

Purchased a dress that said was made in US. After many weeks, it arrived from China. Cotton/linen dress that was so sheer it could not possibly be worn. Website description and picture misrepresented the product. And returns are impossible. After complaining I was offered a refund of $4. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

#1 - Clothes came from Denmark, so obviously NOT American Made. (as promised)
#2 - would not refund my money when I contacted them - wanted to give me $11 for $137 order.

Never received shirts. Sent me very little tracking info and I contacted USPS as that is how it was shipped ha ha from Italy not USA the phone number is not in service. I never received $77 worth of shirts . They claimed it delivered at my mailbox . Not,! I'm always home and have full view and I and my postman. My tracking updated only after weeks and me contacting them. Then all the sudden it was delivered NOT. Phony they claim American made ships from USA ECT ECT. After I caught them the items I ordered disappeared off their face book and website. I read another complaint review the lady tracked this so called company to Tennessee. Don't fall for this..

The clothing is not made in Tennessee and is very cheaply made. It took 6 weeks to arrive so I assume it came over on a slow boat from China. The material was advertised as linen but is a thin polyester. My sixty dollar purchase of 2 shirts is going in the trash. Live and learn. Always research an online site before ordering.

I ordered two pair of shorts and they were terrible and they wouldn't allow to return or provide a refund!!! The quality of the shorts was inferior and the top button hole was three times smaller than the button so you couldn't even do up the pants. The material they used on the shorts were terrible and I wouldn't wear in public. I contacted them to return the shorts and they said it wasn't a product defect and offered me $15 to go away and keep the shorts. I told them this wasn't the issue, I didn't want the shorts and they were defective. They said it was to expensive to ship the shorts back so that was the best they could do. I am posting this so none of you get caught in this same trap. You DONT want to do business with this company. They sell you crap and then want you to eat it.

I ordered more than a month ago...2 shirts. Checked the reviews and realized I'd made a huge mistake. Tried to Cxl and got no response. stayaway from this SPAM.

I ordered from this company because they said the dress was made in the United States and was cotton. All lies! I feel I should get a refund for being misled! How are they in business? I would have never ordered from this company. Had I known they did nothing but lie to the customers!

Ordered items more than a month ago and haven't received them yet. I am sorry to have spent more than 150.00 from a company that never responded to my request as to where the company was based. I hope the items are what they said to be 100% cotton. After reading reviews I am now concerned. I wanted American made!

not made in America! takes a month or more, quality is poor. computer generated relies to emails =no customer service for refunds or returns. I'm out $65 ..live and learn

I ordered a pretty top from this company, fooled by the name and thinking is was made in US. My package was in Spain for 2 weeks, then finally shipped to USA. I stopped getting updates when it arrived in Las Vegas, over 2 weeks ago. Very disappointed, as I ordered May 4, and my package hasn’t arrived yet!!!

Advertised as a company out of Tennessee. Made in USA clothing. Been over a month since I ordered. I opened up a case with paypal. Still no item. When I asked why item was being shipped supposedly from China. They said warehouse ran out in USA. Still no item over a month . Donot buy. All lies

Company advertises that they are an American company, but that is not true. I finally received my order today and it was not what I ordered. I have requested a refund through PayPal.

I ordered pants in February 2025. It’s almost the end of May and still no delivery. I can’t find a good way to contact them. Very disappointing that META didn’t vet this company.

30 minutes after placing my order I realized I ordered the wrong size. I sent 3 emails within an hour asking to change the size or cancel the order. 24 hours later I received a shipping confirmation (bogus I think) and another email stating that the order can’t be changed or canceled. The next day I received another shipping notification stating that it was received at shipping location in Spain. This was advertised made in USA and shipped in USA. This was also April 6th. Today, I still have not received the $65.00 garment, no refund, and continue to receive bogus shipping movement confirmations from all different places…. Georgia, USA, Fairbanks, AK and the latest one from China. I have filed a chargeback with credit card. Today is May 28th, 2025. Update June 9th. Two days after I filed my case USA comfy cloths updated my shipping tracking to show delivered as of May 1st. Even though I was able to provide emails from them stating my package was in transit up to May 27th, my credit card company closed my case and denied my claim. Thanks PayPal. Oh well…. I’m sol.
