I put in an order for a pair of shoes

I put in an order for a pair of shoes, their tennis shoes, you already took the $57 and some change out of my Capital One credit card. But you are shipping it to the wrong address. I tried to change the shipping address and you would not let me. I do not how know how to stop the payment and I don't know where the shoes are going. When I got back in sight you said I did not order a pair of shoes. But I did and you've taken the money out. What should I do?

Has something changed?

I bought my first two pairs (with design) years ago. Loved them. The first pair was super comfortable. The next one not quite as comfy. Recently I bought two of the plain color one's and they don't feel the same even though I've worn them about 7 or eight times each. So I'm not sure what has changed. Are they also a bit narrower? As they're made in China they seem a bit overpriced.

Getting spam again and will be…

Getting spam again and will be reporting. I don’t want your shoes. The first pair I got I liked, the second pair of the same size and style were too tight and shorter and I can’t wear. Too expensive for a made in China croc knockoff.

Okay shoes, but non-stop spam!

ETA 1/23/25: Two complaints with the BBB because they just won't STOP. They say they have removed me from their lists -- and yet again they are starting in. I'm sorry I ever looked at their website.

I ordered a pair of sandals from them. They were okay, not great, typical made in China cheap plastic stuff. Probably worth the $18 plus shipping I paid. However, since that order, they are spamming me non-stop, sometime every hour! And they refuse to honor unsubscribe requests. Every spam has a different discount -- 20%, 30%, 40%, 55%. In other words, they know their shoes are crap, and are so desperate that they will continue to fill your inbox with any deal they think you might fall for. Definitely NOT worth it. Beware , and if you do order, give them a throw-away email address, and definitely NOT your mobile number.

Sizing is off and return policy is ridiculous

The reviews on their website and everywhere else clearly show that their sandals have SHRUNK. A size 10 from a few years ago is 1/2" or more shorter now.

I ordered my usual 10 (literally every pair of shoes I own... I am a 9.5-10) and they are ridiculously small. My heel hangs off the back.

The worst part is their shipping and return policy. They provide many coupons so you get 30% off your shoes, but still pay $12.99 shipping. And if you want to return? Have to pay shipping.

So for a $50 pair of sandals, minus the $13 shipping and $18 return, I'd get $19 back. But they were actually 30% off so I paid $35. So, really, you are getting FOUR DOLLARS back if you return these things.

They know what they are doing because no one is going to return them after all that, so we're all stuck with these stupid shoes that are wrongly sized.

Never again…

Have been wearing dawgs z sandals for years, they were long lasting and comfortable. Not anymore, the quality has deteriorated. I bought this pair four months ago, already the footbed has broken down and the s straps have stretched out. Extremely disappointed. Am out my shoes and money.

I ordered a pair of Joseph Seibl clogs…

I ordered a pair of Joseph Seibl clogs and when I received them I noticed that one toe of the shoe is noticeably off to the other clog and the feel is different as well.I have emailed the company twice and have not heard back from them.

These sandals shrink two sizes in heat

These sandals shrink two sizes in heat. There is a warning about not leaving them in hot cars etc but I wore them to the beach, left them in the shade shelter, and by the time I had a swim, they were unwearable. Complete waste of money.

Better than Crocs?

Better than Crocs? Maybe! Love the way they feel on a hot summer day but agree with another reviewer, could be alittle more affordable. Hope to catch them on the next sale!!

Awesome shoes!!!!!

Love these shoes. I now have four pairs and my boyfriend has two. Always a coupon. Very cheap, lightweight, durable and comfortable. Very cute designs. I wish they would do some more skull ones, but many others to choose from. Everywhere I go people love them and want them.
