Product is great, shipping not so much. All the corners on the shelving were bent. Better packing and or carrier!

Have not received item, nor have I received a tracking number or any other indication that the item is on its way. It was supposed to be delivered sometime last week according to the phone call I made but still have not seen it.

There are a great company. They have fast delivery and and great prices. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent Service. A gentleman by the name of Greg called me within 10 minutes of ordering my SS sink. Very professional and helpful. He set me up with a good Faucet and upgrade to SS legs. Just a pleasant man to do business with. Ordered on a Wednesday evening and had it at 10:00 on the following Monday morning. I am a very satisfied customer. Found the product I needed and ordered. However, because we are not present at all times I requested a notification on deliver as close to delivery time as possible. However, I was informed that such a phone call or text would cost an additional charge of $40. I immediately cancelled my order. Located the same product for less with a call one hour in advance.

Ordered an exhaust hood for my concession trailer, appears to be made with excellent craftsmanship, was packaged well and delivered with no damage. I was missing the grease cup that was supposed to come with it so called customer service. The gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and polite and said they would ship the missing cup right away. Thank you so much! I look forward to doing business with you again when I am ready to order some more equipment!

I had pick your Co. Because of the item i wanted to try,i couldn't fine elsewhere. Then was told not in stock. I said fine just return my money and i will (go back to the drawing board). Was called back by a supervisor. Told me he would be able to supply me with a modle ( that i did not want) but it was larger. Well this is actually a case that size does matter. But was able to get the (better again to him) he was able to ship it in time and early. Great. However the weight was more and have to have a lift on it .long story short i had to pay for the up grade and was 3 days late. So that is my review and the reason i wont put your company at the top of my list. But Thank You for the help that was giiven.

Absolutely NO customer service. They told me to contact UPS myself with the tracking number of my $500 rice cooker that was in very bad shape upon delivery. They said they would do nothing.

My delivery literally came the Next day!!!! Amazing!!!!! Big smiles!!!

The chairs are great. Would have been nice to get the hardware to put them together. Had to call after delivery.
