This company is not just a simple scam…

This company is not just a simple scam company, this company is a company with sophisticated plan to take every penny out of you, has no conscience doing that, will ruin you financially, even if you think your transactions are protected just like I thought by charging everything to my credit card $40,000 later and five months of waiting I realized that not only I was scammed but I can no longer get refund from my credit card company because too much time has passed by between the time they file or supposedly file get you a number that means nothing from diversity visa program, but conscienceless Calls of asking for more money and charging to your credit card. Sending you fake home made useless receipts for the work that they claim they do , This company is not for you , for me , or anyone in the world this company is heartless, awful, employees are , people with no hearts, and no soul and they will tell you you’re qualified. They will tell you all you have to do is just keep paying. They will tell you everything you wanted to hear and if you question anything and everything they will raise their voice and have somebody else call you. please, and please, I’m begging you not to ever do any business with this company they will destroy you, they will destroy your good will to live the way you already do, please continue on living illegally in the United States or cross the border anyway you can but not with this company!!! from the bottom of my heart, I’m begging everyone please do not do any business with this company, sincerely I wish I haven’t. I have bills, I cannot pay, and then lost my spirit to continue on living because of what they have done.

number spoofing

I entered my details on the website but did not purchase anything. The next day, I received five calls within five minutes from different numbers. I answered one of them, and a woman told me that I could participate in a lottery.

I looked up the phone numbers, which were from my home country, and they had nothing to do with this company. Therefore, there is suspicion that this company is using spoofed phone numbers.

Days later, I received calls from someone in my home country who claimed to be calling me back. I had not called this person, so the assumption is that my number is now being used for illegal number spoofing as well.

I reported this company to the police in my country and in the USA.

Fraud and bad bussiness

Do not send any money to this company. They took the amount of 2500 USD and did not refund that. They went ahead and took the unauthorized amount of 1000 USD from the account; they refunded only the amount of 1000 USD and still not refunding the remaining 2500 USD.

SCAM!!!

This is a scam, plain and simple. An older relative fell for it after seeing an ad on his AOL homepage. Obviously this could have happened to anyone, but very unfortunate that AOL would allow such an ad.
A real U.S immigration site would have a ".gov" domain. This is clearly a scam, hiding behind some fine print that says they have no affiliation with the U.S gov.

UPDATE: usagco.org has flagged my review as harmful/illegal, even though I am simply writing down the truth of my experience, echoed by many other reviews here.
If you do a little research, you will find that the U.S government warns about sites like usagco.org, and that no legitimate business will ask for money in exchange for entering you in a Green Card lottery.
I hope this update is helpful. Best of luck in your immigration journey. I hope by getting the word out we can help protect people from scammers trying to take advantage of people seeking the American dream. AVOID USAGCO.ORG AT ALL COSTS.

Fake information / Fake Lottery and promotions. They only want your information to sell it and spam you.

Fake information, even if the company might be real, they mislead users with fake information such as free lotteries and promotions that are not real.

You enter your details to participate in a FREE LOTTERY, and once you apply, they charge you $39 just for you to be able to apply to this "lottery", not free... you have no information about it, but they keep your details then bomb you with spam emails and information in order for you to pay anything.

STAY AWAY from this company, they are many agencies offering this service, but they don´t lie or deliver fake or scam information.

Scam

It was an ad on insta, clicked it and typed in some small information. Also a small fee needed to be paid but I ignored. Today they called me while I was still in bed and went through the application. And then, payment 300 us dollar. They wanted credit card information to go through to payment and continuing with the application. I don't hand over that kind of information over the phone, I said. She replied it is normal in USA and got more eager to continue with the payment. I said I had to contact my bank to open it up for international payments. She then sent a link for online payment, which got stuck in the spam folder, with a scam warning on it.
I told her I had to hang up to call my bank. She wanted to speak with again in 24hours.
Mail blocked and number blocked.
They called from england +44 on the number....
Stay away!

I had an ad come up on my social media…

I had an ad come up on my social media for the green card lottery, which I went into and put in my details. It asked for payment which I ignored and left the site.
The next day I got a call from Dana Brown (American accent stating she was in Florida. The call was 10am in SA which would mean its 4am in Florida which was the first red flag), who explained the whole application process and that I was eligible. She then needed a payment over the phone of 300 and something dollars. I said I want to do a bit of research on the company before just paying a large sum of money over the phone. She insisted I pay now or my application would be pulled and I'd be disqualified.
I said I wasn't going to pay now and she hung up the call. I then googled the company and now see others are saying its a spam.

Scam

Scam.
If anyone asks you for $3k over the phone without even finalising the interview and international police check it’s not legitimate. The guy also got really pushy when I started to tell him to call back tomorrow I want to do my research before progressing with the payment which was a huge red flag.
Like of course they can call you back! Also there is no online portal it’s all via email which is suss.
Go through the official United States website only.
None of the consultants can be found on LinkedIn etc either or are likely to be able to send you and application confirmation number for the USA gov website.

Spammy and scammy

Any company that spams my inbox with links to green card applications in my name (which I didn't ask for, I don't even need a green card), and with my name spelled wrong (I'll wouldn't go to them if I DID need a green card) is a sign of a scam that's sinking. Serves them right for their scamminess and zero-information replies to every review. Try googling any email address that contains @usagco.org and the first you get is a state department warning about fraud, hahaha. I'll get you started with the email addresses. Try p.harris at the above domain.

And spare me the response, or wait, let me start you off:

Total low life criminals

Total low life criminals. Was told there was a one off application fee of $390 which would make my application valid for four years. Was contacted again and informed I had made it through to the next stage which was an interview at the embassy. Was told I had to pay $3500 but that would include a $1000 voucher that I that I could spend in the U.S. My credit card had just been cancelled due to fraudulent activity (probably from previously giving these guys my credit card details). Instead of agreeing to wait for my new card to arrive in the mail (like they would if they were running a legitimate business). They started to question my integrity, asking how was I paying for my everyday expenses without a credit card. It was at this point I realised it was a scam and the guy was getting defensive because he thought I was lying about my credit card because I had picked up on his fraudulent BS.

After I terminated the call these filthy criminals kept emailing me saying the $3500 was only an option and that could still proceed with the application if I provided further documents. I had to eventually tell them to stop contacting me when they continued to call my phone. These people repulse me and make me feel sick. I don’t care about the few hundred dollars I lost but I feel sorry for the people on here that have lost over $20,000. I don’t know how these oxygen thieves can live with themselves knowing that they have ruined innocent peoples lives. It’s a real indictment on their character. Their moronic replies to all the bad reviews on here in a pathetic attempt to sound professional and legitimate is not fooling anyone either!

*My reply to your stupid generic response to my review:

Paragraph 2: Where in my review did I say you were a government office?

Paragraph 3: What contract are you talking about? I never signed a contract or consent form.

Paragraph 4: I read your terms and conditions. Where does it say that you are going to incrementally charge additional fees that are significantly higher than the supposed “one off” application fee. This is something that you are lawfully required to disclose (Thornton v Shoe Lane Parking (1971) 2 QB 163). No, what you are doing is not legal!

Further to Paragraph 4: How does filling out a free application form online amount to over $4000 in legal professional costs? I am a lawyer and assert that is well beyond manifestly excessive. This amounts to misleading, deceptive and unconscionable conduct. If you truly want to be transparent then please provide me with the names and copies of the practising certificates of the lawyers you claim to have working with you.

Paragraph 5: I won’t be sending you an email as I have no desire to communicate with criminals.

It is a complete scam and hoax.

It is a complete scam and hoax.
It is a complete scam and hoax. First tea they ask for $39 and it seems that that's it, you're registered. Another call asks you for $2,000 to continue with the process and they tell you that it is the last payment. But after a while they call you again and ask for a larger amount, assuming that it is the last payment. Nothing of that. They call you again and insist heavily on charging a higher amount, and it is always the last time. And so on until asking for already astronomical amounts. It's not the US government, it's a gang of thieves based in Israel, as it appears on the receipts. Be very careful, stay away from USAGC and the like.

I have contacted you at your support email but have not received any answers.

Still not news. They only paid back two out of the seven payments I did, after my claim for cheated.

They answer here with nice words to our posts, but in the one by one basis, they keep being rude, they lie, saying they have returned payments that they have not returned. Very hard and frustrating to deal with this robbers band.
Experience date: June 28, 2022

I’m still waiting that you refund one payment . I’m waiting for months but I never got it.
Everybody CAREFUL!!!!!!!! USAGCO is NOT an official site of the government of the United States, it’s a SCAM company that is going to ask for continuous payments that go to an account in Israel !!!!!! Every time they ask for a larger amount of money. Don’t even do one payment. You can register in the OFFICIAL GREEN CARD LOTTERY of the government of the USA and it is totally FREE..
