I ordered a cannon printer. It would not work. I even paid a technician to try to install it but the machine was defective. I called this company about a replacement or refund. All I got was the run around. I was scam out of $ 500. Don't ever buy anything from them.

You don't get what they addvertise - no money back or exchange
They advertise and show a name brand product but send a cheap knock off. The shipping was excessive and the product arrived postage due. Contacted support - difficult and aggressive to work with - promised a refund - never got it - they will not return emails or phone calls. Buyer BEWARE!!!!

Ordered 20 units of the product, received only 5 units, contacted support,
at first they wrote that the rest of the order would be sent in such and such a time, time passed, the rest was never sent, but they asked if it was possible to refund the money for that amount of goods, I agreed, but I never received the refund. When communicating with support, they replied that the funds have already been reimbursed. Bad store, do not recommend doing business with them,
scammers!!!
