Really helpful when doing my application with the update calls every few weeks

I am an undergrad University Student in the UK and Camp USA has given me the opportunity to experience American life! Highly recommend it for youth who loves to travel around the world! The best part? It's paid!

Very easy going and understanding staff. Helpful in every step of the way. Made it fun and excited throughout the whole process of my application.

Despite your nice words, I still think you are an absolute scam and are effectively stealing money from young people and promising them placement in a summer camp that will never take place. Only one month after I started to apply I was already placed.

USA Summer Camp is the best organisation ever to help you find a place at camp. From the very beginning when I first signed up for camp they were all very friendly, informative and helpful. I was a bit daunted by the application because it involves a lot of detail but they made the process so much easier for me by guiding me through everything step by step. Niall in particular was a great help and his enthusiasm for camp influenced me so much to want to go myself and put all my fears about stepping out of my comfort zone to rest. I was placed at a great camp very quickly due to USA Summer Camp’s help. I highly recommend them.

This company is a money grabbing, thieving business that exploits young people wanting to travel. They do not even deserve the 1 star rating, but unfortunately it won’t let me rate them any lower.

I was 17 years old when I enrolled in this program, in 2019. Unfortunately, my camp closed due to the pandemic. I contacted USA summer camp to request a refund since I hadn’t had my visa, flight etc I didn’t think this would be a problem, as it had not been a problem for all other companies in a similar position, this is when the realisation hit that this in fact is not like any other company, they are a thieving, money grabbing, evil company that take advantage of that fact they are dealing with young adults, so they think they can get away with their dishonest, money grabbing ways.

There response was “as a gesture of good will” they will defer my booking to another year. I am now taking legal action as this is in-fact a breach of contract, I had signed a contract to take part in USA summer camp in 2021, I had not agreed to any other year so deferring my payments is not an option. For a little background story, when I applied for USA summer camp I lived with my parents and had completed my apprenticeship, I was looking at having a few months travel and then coming back to full time employment. So deferring my payments is not an option due to a change in circumstances, I now live on my own, have bills to pay and work a full time job so it is not practice for me, hence why I signed a contract for 2020!!!! I have emailed and called the company several times and have received little to no response.

I would advise everyone to please take legal action, just as I have had to do.

Brilliant company to start you off and get you placed in a camp. Had everything done and was placed within 3 weeks from when I first applied. Can’t recommend enough.

I applied to become a camp councillor in america. The programs staff are extremely catering and will help you with any questions. Niall especially was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Overalls pleasant experience and wonderful people

Thanks to USA Summer Camp I have just been placed at an amazing camp for next summer! They were so helpful throughout the whole process, they were always there to answer and questions or queries I had. They check in to see how you are getting on and talk you through the next steps on your journey to camp which I found especially helpful. I couldn’t recommend USA Summer Camp more, they completely took the stress out of getting placed at camp. The staff are so friendly and always willing to help!

USAsummer camp were absolutely amazing at helping me organise my J1 in the US. They helped me every step of the way and are always on the other end of the phone to answer any questions. The whole process with them was super quick and easy and I’m so excited for my 2022 summer. I can’t recommend them enough!

Applied mid-late 2021 and the interview process began in the November, almost immediately my application had been chosen for interview. CCUSA really helped with interview preparation and connecting us with people who had experienced the process before. A job offer came quickly and I am so happy with the camp and team I have been matched with. Very excited for the summer and so thankful for the CCUSA team for their consistent follow ups and providing a smooth transition from application to employment.

I am so glad I choose USA summer camp, all of their staff were an absolute pleasure to talk to. They made the process easy, answered query’s in jig time and gave first hand advice on camp. They kept everything up to date and ensured no deadline was missed. They checked in regularly and made sure everything was on track. The team made the experience easy with a step by step system. Anybody who was in contact with me was lovely and very helpful. It’s also great that a lot of the team have been to camp and been through the experience themselves so you can get first hand advice :)
