This company is a fraud. They promise but deliver very subpar web design full of mispellings, grammar mistakes and did not create a client sign up calendar that worked. They constantly required more money for everything they said must be included. Starting with purchasing a domain name for $1500 they claimed was in my name but I found out later it was purchased for $15 and was in their name. All in all I spent $10K over 6 months to this company and have the headache of trying to fix the mess they have created by hiring another this time trusted web designer to help with the legal aspects of having my domain transferred to me and rebuilding my web presence. Months lost in revenue.

Company does very poor work and charges high proces and then doesn't deliver and then comes back and wants to charge more. Paid for a maintenance plan which was nwver fullfilled, then they wanted to charge more when they hadn't even began the original maintenance plan. Very dishonest company

I hired USAWEBSITEDESIGNERS to build a website for a client of mine. After several thousand dollars and over a year and half they finally got the website mostly done. I have now hired a more confident and professional team to handle the job.

This company is piss poor at coding and customer service is horrible. They used AI to generate a logo for me which is very unprofessional and will get flagged by Google.

I've went through several amateur designers and management staff . Today after we've paid for a maintenance and SEO package they emailed wanting more money to perform the services they've already been paid for.

My experience with USA Web Design Experts has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel it's my duty to warn others. This company is, in my opinion, a complete scam. I engaged them to build a website and establish a social media presence for my business, and after multiple payments, I have received absolutely nothing in terms of actual deliverables.

Despite their grand promises and my significant investment, USA Web Design Experts has failed to produce even a single tangible element of my website or social media. There has been no progress, no design mock-ups, no content, no social media accounts set up – literally nothing. Communication has been vague and evasive, offering excuses instead of updates.

To make matters worse, despite their complete failure to deliver on their end of the agreement, they have repeatedly and aggressively requested more money. Each time, they invent new, questionable "fees" or "necessary next steps" that supposedly require additional funds before any work can resume. This is a classic tactic of fraudulent operations: continually extracting money without providing the promised service.

I am convinced that USA Web Design Experts operates with the sole intention of defrauding clients. Their lack of transparency, inability to deliver, and persistent demands for more money for non-existent work are all major red flags. Save yourself the financial loss and immense frustration. Do NOT engage with USA Web Design Experts. They are a rip-off.

Absolutely the worst web design company on the planet. Beware. Similar story as others.. $900 for web design, led to demand for $5000 for ADA certification. Total B.S. $2000 for SEO for one year which produced NO TRAFFIC on site. All traffic was from India and Phillipines. The final straw was them demanding $7000 for them to optimize all the social media sites.
I told them to stick it at that point which unfortunately wasted 7 months of my time trying to start my business!!!
TOTAL SCAM .... BEWARE THESE PEOPLE....AM REPORTING THEM TO INTERNET FRAUD WITH THE FBI

They give you a flat fee for a website which mine was $950 and they say thats all it is, then they build it and once they finish building it they charge you more fees and its never ending fees and if you don’t pay they shut your website down immediately, ive paid around 5k to these ppl and my website has only been up for a year and I’ve officially pulled the plug no longer doing business with them they can shut the website down idc at this point, i’d probably have to pay 5-7k a year just to keep my website up

Be cautious and aware of their tactics. Initially, they may offer a webpage for a flat fee, but once they have your initial payment, they start requesting additional money for various fees. If you refuse to pay, they may threaten to take down your website. I advised not to engage in any business dealings with these individuals.

Beware of this company. They promise you everything you need for one price. Then every step of the way ask you for more money. You'll have a introductory phone call with them and anything you ask about you'll be told it is included. Then later they will tell you that you have to pay an additional cost over and over to get what was originally promised on the phone. I guess they figure no way to prove it if they talked to you on the phone. Luckily for me I was on my business phone and all conversations are recorded, along with having the original emails when they were trying to reel me in. I tried to just end it, have them refund me and we could both move on but now I will have to take legal action.

Business community beware!

Our website was created 20yrs ago and has never been down. We decided to give our site a new look as a last ditch effort to boost sale to save this company.

Everything was paid and our site has been down 3 times. The first time was due to no security protection was added to the site etc.

Now jayslawncarelandscape.com has been suspended due to web builder wanting more money and Now they wont answer the phone. We will be closing at the end of 2024.

Appears to be a company that baits customers. They offer to create a website, then they say they need to host it for an additional fee, even though you have your website hosting service provider. We didn't receive anything we paid for and now they don't answer the phone.

I represent John D. the business owner who posted a 2 star review regarding lack of support and deceptive business practices of USA Websitedesigners.com. Lack of amy response regarding help after sales is what prompted my client to write. This came about after exhausting all of the contact information (numerous unanswered phone calls, chat texts, support tickets, emails etc.) This company built my clients web site less than 14 months ago in 2023.It is plagued with issues page loading, web crawling, back loading, mobile connectivity). Verified by 3 independent assessments.
Attempting to obtain log on credentials for the 5 year web host he paid for proved useless. On investigation his paid receipt clearly states Wordpress. He is being told it's a Go-Daddy account. When go Daddy was contaced, theres no record of it. Jason Walker, their employee, is now telling my client its a "Go Daddy Shared Corporate Account", which does not exist
In retaliation for his post, On Google Business Jason Walker posted a defaming, lible, slanderous, disparaging post.
After receiving threatening emails and texts from Jason Walker, an employee for USA WSD, blocked the business hosting service, again posting untrue defamatory, lible, slander aginst John D, and his business, sullying both my client and his business.
They are telling my client to remove the post and they will take care of all. Very doubtful they will live up to any thing they say, in light of the threatening emails, and actions taken by USA WSD and their employee(s).
In a last attempt to rectify this ongoing debacle, Jason walker emailed John saying "take the post down and in 48 hours all will be good" Next statement in same email "if you dont we will remove all content of your website". The audacity and gall is the next sentence " please to write a good review after removal.
Unfortunately for both USA WSD, and Jason Walker their actions are going to result with John D taking them to Small Claims Court for $5000 (more than he paid them) I will be sending a letter of intent to sue in NY State Civil Court district 4 for liable, slander, defamation of character, loss of wages, and whatever punitive damages the court may allow.
In latin it's "caveat emptor" which translates to buyer beware. That is my free legal advice to anyone thinking about doing business with this company.
As a sidebar my clients review, and the one star review calling USA WSD "theives for not refunding money" are probably the only honest posted review.

They are dishonest. They took my $300 and did not do any work for me. They were supposed to design my shopify website but kept telling different stories. They did not refund my money either. please stay away from them.
