Rubbish experience with USB Stick-producer, lots of clients complaining of corrupted files from USB. Tried to contact the company but had nothing back. Probably best to use another company.
This is the first time I have found the need to write a bad review as I wish I had not chosen this company to deal with and want to warn others in case they wish to take that into consideration. In short, I did not receive what I ordered, when it was promised nor do the sticks work sufficiently. A large portion of my order didn't even arrive and when I complained they tried to make out that I was wrong. They later admitted their mistake and I received the rest a month after the event they were intended for. When I told them the sticks don't function sufficiently, they simply said they don't work with Macs, so be warned! That to me defeats the purpose of distributing a large number of product. They also sent the product to the wrong address before they received the material to be uploaded on them, leaving me to upload material on to each and every stick one by one. They did not inform me of the delay despite knowing about it in advance, resulting in me making my way to the wrong address repeatedly to collect the order which didn't arrive. Then they continuously "chased payment" despite not having sent the correct invoice after I had asked for it repeatedly as I was keen to close this ordeal. When I finally received the correct invoice it stated "second reminder" on it. It's been hard work dealing with this company where nobody seems to do their job properly and I am relieved to put the experience behind me.
Very nice salesman, professional and cute at the same time. I got my drives engraved and I was surprised with a very high level of details. I can definitely recommend. The quote was the best I got and service was 10/10.
