Awful. Waiting forever to get my product . Comes direct from China . Unbelievable. This I can do by myself to order from China .

I purchased 4 tires because I thought I could get more things for my truck if I ordered tires from a discount company but, it has been a week since I paid for them. I live on 1000month and cannot afford to NOT GET PRODUCTS that I pay for....they have not shipped and reading all these reviews doesn't sound like I will get them or any refund. Has anyone gotten a hold of BBB OR ATTORNEY GENERAL or any other entity regarding this company.....well I will.

Ordered floor mats got them they don't fit at all ridiculous waste of money don't buy

The company doesn't honor its refund policy. It will not answer calls or emails until the refund timeframe has passed and then tell you you haven't met its requirements. This is one of the reasons it does not accept PayPal. It will do anything to keep your hard-earned dollar, including breaking its own rules and ignoring the rules of the country it is sending to. They send their product in a small packet to save costs, it then arrives all creased and is impossible to get out even when left in the hot sun, the plastic used has it's own memory, and will not give.

I saw on Facebook marketplace for us car seat advertised $19.98 tires I ordered four of them used to debit card purchased them on June 13th 2024 it is now August 21st 2024 I have yet to receive my tires. I've gotten one response from the company telling me about their shipping policy during that conversation I realized that they are not in the United States when they said delivery depends on customs in each state well that's bogus. In the beginning I had a hard time getting my purchase through using a debit card I tried four times it's four times it says suspected fraud which was BS. But now every other day I get a email saying that they can only hold my order for another 24 hours there's so many customers waiting to buy that they cannot hold my tires and my order for very much longer well why don't you send me the tires that I've already paid for. Or give me back my money. I used my son's cash app account he paid for it for me with his debit card his cash app card. I've got to purchase order number and I got every email screenshots I've got evidence out the butt too bad they're not in the United States I toast their ass they are the most horrible people I've ever met through internet purchase they're thieves scandalous and cheap tricks

I ordered car seats for pick up truck and A older Lexus they sent me car seats for a 24 SUV. The car seats do not fit. I cannot get a shipping label to return or exchange real bad customer service been working with this over three months and no solution.

I ordered a seat cover for my Chevy truck, and upon installation I found the cover didn’t accommodate for my power seat controls. I decided to keep the cover and in roughly 60 days I observed the back rest surface wearing (the gray dye was coming off). I contacted the seller (GCARSTORE). They immediately told me their return policy is 15 days, even if there is a manufactured defect or complications. I argued the product was inferior due to its inability to withstand everyday use (which for me is less than once a week). We have communicated numerous times, but they will not offer a refund or an exchange. I am currently working with PayPal to get this complaint resolved. Note: USCarSeat does not inform you of their return policy in their checkout so there is no way of knowing unless you look at the fine print. Do not buy their one exchange, one warranty, they will insist this extended warranty has to be completed within 15 days the product is received.

Order number H805527099 I’ve left numerous messages. No one ever answers the phone or gives a return call on the machine the chat never get a response. I have filed a missing claim with the Post Office and never got this steering wheel cover I need a refund. This is a scam. Someone needs to get back to me ASAP.

Do not do not buy from Chinese us car seat.
You won't get the product they will charge you double

Seat covers do not fit. They state they are custom made thus the long wait but they are in no way a custom cut. No cut outs for seat releases etc. Seats are too big etc. Wish I read the reviews first but they are advertised as US car seats giving the impression that they are made here. So far several attempts to contact the company via phone and email, no response.

Rear car seat cover was 10” too wide, they refused to ship the correct seat cover stating we had to pay shipping for returns and clear customs, or 10% for our troubles. SCAM - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM US CAR.

VERY BAD PEOPLE TO WORK WITH SHIPPING IS CHINA AND WILL TAKE FOREVER WITH NO HELP FROM ''ULTRA'' SEATS. I have a Body Shop in CA. Do not buy from ''ULTRA'' IS A $200,00 RIP-OFF!!😡😡😡😡

These are nothing but junk. Cheap and horrible

These guys are crooks, plain and simple. The product is not even close to the advertisement. You cannot use the product as the mat is loose on the floorboard and very dangerous to drive with. Then, if you want a refund, they try and make it difficult for you. Do NOT get this product.

Finding the appropriate item is simple because it is pre-arranged by the vehicle maker. I am really satisfied whit the two-piece car cover for the back seat,it fits well. Velcro fastens both sections together,and the cloth is rather sturdy. We can keep the car clean by sandwiching a towel between the two sections of the seat cover in case the dog get muddy feet or gets into other miking it ideal for us to travel with the dog.strongly recommended; I have been hunting for anything comparable for a long time.

The product simply does not fit. The cover is designed for adjustable headrests which my car does not have. Phone calls are futile as are email inquiries. Also, the installation instructions are confusing and probably incorrect.

Ordered in January 2024 and to my dismay the product I received was nothing like the advertisement, I will now always check reviews on these companies because this product was just that bad. Stay far away and don’t order any car mats, seat covers, etc., NOTHING - this item is a hazard and will not lay down in the car. DO NOT ORDER anything from them. They promised to credit 50% and didn’t do squat, they said they would correspond to make sure I had the right item, they didn’t do anything. No followup with resolving, the product is like laying newspaper on the floor, I repeat it’s trash DO NOT BUY anything from them you’ll regret it. Filed dispute with PayPal and still hasn’t been credited, what a nightmare. Calling back to dispute item because it’s just that cheap, flimsy and poorly made.

This company sends faulty products then asks for video evidence that their product doesn't fit. They send the same video back demanding that you use the video to follow the instructions and then record yourself so that they can be certain that you are "installing it correctly." After repeated attempts to return the product they are refusing to accept the information provided and the return. In my last email I felt the need to let them know that I would be reaching out to the state attorney general's office to report them as a fraudulant company.
