Scam Company take money and not give you files

I ordered in 13 December 2 packs and in 9 March when I try to download the files, one working and I can download but another one not working links.

When I contact the company and I have live chat with John. Him told me to order again because server is cleaning data base and just if I order again I can download my files because company need to regenerate the files. ( with my money again) In this case I considerate this company just take money not not offer for what I pay.
Him told me is my fault because I not download when received emails. Sorry mate but we download this files when we have time and for this I pay for download when I need this files. But you not told me told me to order again same files because is not my fault your company not save files for what we pay.
