Not free false advertisement.

Rent was supposed to be free still charged a booking fee. Literally false advertisement
Was at the store ordered right now and still was charged.

Not evryone can use the app,specially…

Not evryone can use the app,specially opening nd closing. It gave me hard time

Crazy, it just doesn't work

I thought I was going crazy using this app - nothing works. When I reserved trailer, it put some different time to pickup (it doesn't show clearly date and time) so it was ready to take after 4 hours for what I had to pay. I tried next time when everything seem to be OK, but I couldn't unlock the locker - it doesn't work and react on pressing locker button, seem like the locker was broken or not charged battery.
Result: 4 rental attempts, 1 hour wasted, 0 successes.

The app was very easy to use

The app was very easy to use. After downloading the app, it took me 3 minutes to review the trailer and unlock the lock, then I was on the road again. Highly recommended.

I was not familiar with the app

I was not familiar with the app, so when returning the hanger 1 hour before we had planned to, I made a mistake and was charged for returning it too late. One telephone call to Use4Free amd it was all sorted. I got my money back with no further problems! 👌

The button for ending the renting was…

The button for ending the renting was outside my screen so I could not reach it. I tried updating the app and restarted my phone but nothing happened. I have an Iphone SE third generation an I have not had a similar experience with any other apps. I had to borrow a Samsung ohone with a largeer screen and log in on that to find the finish button. I the managed to end the lease and return the hanger. I am unsure about using the app again due to this.
