I have encountered 3 times in Stockholm…
I have encountered 3 times in Stockholm - failed to unlock trailer , 2 happened in Bromma Bauhaus and 1 happened in Sundyberg Hornbach. I have to do a dummy rent and return each time, It is due to there is no option in the APP to cancel rent while failed to open the locker on trailer. It will be good to add such option in APP - cancel rent due to locker can not be unlocked.

The app and hardware are full of bugs
- The app dosn't recognize that it has permissions to Bluetooth and location even though it has. Even though I have a common phone brand.
- The map function jumps around and is extremely hard to get to work, if at all
- The search function doesn't work, if you search for example for the name of a store you get no results.
- The whole app had to be deleted and reinstalled to get permissions to work (if the people in the store hadn't given this tip it wouldn't had worked at all.)
- It's not free even though the name says so. It charged even for basic rent, and the people in the store could not change this. (On top of that you pay for insurance and extra if you want more hours. Bottom line it's not free)
- The bluetooth could not communicate with the lock to open it. The store had to call support to try and fix it.
- Support is not open after certain hours so if you have problems then it can not be solved.
- The app doesn't show the different types of trailers, just open or closed, I needed open but with double wheels to be able to carry more, this option did not show up.
- With the app so riddled with bugs it took around 50 min to book the trailer. It usually takes 3 minutes if you do it with a person.
- If you happen to lock the padlock and the bluetooth doesnt work you cant unlock it to lock the trailer when you return it, and you will be charged more as if you hadn't returned it.
- The camera when you take a photo is very specific or it won't work. It doesn't give you an error message, it just doesn't work so you don't know what is wrong, so you have to guess what is wrong. Finally I found that the angle was wrong.
- This technology is not ready to be used yet it seems, and bluetooth is still a very unreliable technology not reliable enough for this application.
