Run. Run. Run. DO NOT order from Used-Gadgets through Amazon. Complete fraud. I ordered a Surface Pro. Was not functioning upon arrival. Returned it in same box and packaging. Though the refund was "approved" and I returned timely in good condition, they only issued 50% refund. Used-Gadgets customer service completely ghosted me. Awful, shameful company.
Great Product And Service!
I purchased a used LG G7 from them through Swappa and was completely satisfied with the entire transaction. Price was excellent ($149 for the phone); phone arrived CHARGED in three days; condition of the phone was Very Good. I would do business with them again without hesitation.

If I could give zero ratings, I would! Bad news all the way around. False advertising! Over 2 weeks to get product. Not as stated in the order. No return contact info. Emails back after days of waiting. No return phone call when I finally found the number through my credit card company. The rep stated I needed to contact their 3rd party seller, which could not be identified through the rep. 9 days after my return, I only received a partial return credit with an Amazon gift card.
