We've been using Klicked for the better part of a year and it's been truly amazing. We tried to do email management in-house prior and we just never saw the performance and the user experience was seriously lacking. As soon as the Klicked team upgraded our flows and launched new campaigns, we saw an immediate lift in sales and a noticeable increase to our top of the line. It's a no-brainer for us.

Awesome agency. James and Oscar generated an ROI like I've never seen before. The company was already in a great shape, and we were already doing email marketing ourselves. Klicked approached us about how we are leaving revenues on the table with email marketing. We already were using Klaviyo as our email provider however we were not using the full functionality correctly because building out the back-end is actually quite technical. Klicked were able to really help us build our email flows and then we it was up to us to populate those email flows with content.
I was a bit concerned by Klicked's initial approach via video link but this actually transpires to be a really helpful way to receive feedback and also an easier way for them to communicate issues to us.
We came back with multiple questions / changes after Klicked created the flows and they were super helpful in helping us resolve our issues to the last.
