Rockstar Jonnelle

Overall, my experience has been good and pretty smooth.

What really stands out is Jonnelle—this isn’t the first time I’ve interacted with him, and I’m always happy when he replies on chat because he's very efficient and gets things sorted quickly. He explains things clearly and actually follows through.

Compared to that, some of the other support I’ve gotten isn’t as helpful or responsive, so having someone like him makes a big difference.

The team was pathetic

The team was pathetic, they won't provide resolution for the payroll issues promptly, the team it self are clueless about the process, my salary got delayed for days and when I raised this concern they don't have any answer, just they are following corporate chat support Jargon's. As a payroll provider it failed.

Thank you R Kishan for your assistance in monitoring and keeping me updated in the status on the issue I raised. This resolve the discrepancy and had informed the payroll team about their data and created a solution to have this not happen again. Keep up the good work!

Never use Multiplier

Never use Multiplier. They don't inform you what benefits you have, or the documentation that support it. Are never forthcoming with assistance or advice. If I ever manage to free myself from this stranglehold I will be very happy. Avoid at all costs. Zero stars should be the rating.
