Called Telenet for an internet/WIFI problem. I am happy to say that, this time, I was helped by a person who spoke Dutch correctly and was very patient and helpfull ( Gerrit)
Thank you

Belgium, the place with the best fries, witloof, vol-au-vent, stooflees,... BUT THE WORST INTERNET! There is no good provider in this country and after every update they release its probably even worse than before!
Definitely the worst internet provider in Belgium. Every single day, there is no internet - even if it's just for a moment. The speed is low compared to competitors. For what they offer, they ask for too much money.
And here we go again. No internet and nobody answering like usual
Custommer support trying to scam. Bad custommer support with no good manners. Charges more than decided.
Internet ONE42 250mbps is slower than my mobile internet from Proximus. Too many price increases and deteriorating service and quality.
They scam you left and right, charging you fees for equipment you have returned, yet not answering your support calls for up to two months. In the meanwhile the internet drops away all the time, their sim cards break after just 4 weeks, yet they charge you for a new one, In short, never get a contract here.
I've been a long time customer. About a month ago I notices a lot of the self service components were broken for me (I could not manage all modem settings, I could not change my password, I could not log in to use the streaming service (streamz) on all my devices).
According to the helpdesk it's because something went wrong during a migration of a backend system. To this date the mentioned services are still broken.
For the last couple of months , i follow nearly everyday , iphone 13 , 128 GB which is on promotion but it’s always out of stock :) They show what they don’t have in real 😠 This is not ethical marketing
