While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Electronic signature software. A free and simple DocuSign alternative to help you create a signature and send documents for signing.
London, United Kingdom
Although I was formerly using DocuSign (until a client sent a document to me using SignHouse), I was impressed by the ease of signing for non-users of the platform and eventually decided to adopt it for my own business as well.
As a statistical consultant, and owning my own business, using the SignHouse platform has been a game-changer for my business. The UI is just so easy.
I’ve come to love the platform. Besides, the Audi trail keeps our minds at ease, knowing we have everything documented.

SignHouse stood out to us due to its interface and clear messaging of their website (and branding). What came up next was a confirmation of my feeling - the app is the most efficient one I’ve used out of all the platforms out there.
I appreciate how, despite being a young software solution, it’s available in 20+ languages when signing. Great for us as we work with clients from all over the world.
They have still a long way to go in order to match their competitors. That being said, I “invested” in the product (as they say on their website), as I expect more and more to come from them.
One other thing I’d note: the per-workspace pricing might deter some people. I’m all in on my company, but to those that have multiple projects (happened with a friend of ours that I wanted to refer SignHouse to), it might not be the best way to price things.

On the good side: slick, fast, efficient, great UX. Never experienced any issues. In other words: small but mighty (for now, I hope).
100% legally binding, as they call it - they’ve convinced me that their eSignatures are compliant with eSignature laws in Europe, UK, US, etc. I’ve used other vendors but they were either too expensive (and with costs scaling up REALLY fast) or just limited to PDF editors that looked like they could place a signature.

1. SignHouse is intuitive and does not require any training. You can sign in and get started instantly.
2. Everything is well organized, and you can monitor the progress of signatures on a particular document quickly
3. It maintains audit trail which can be easily shared

One impressive aspect of SignHouse is its simplicity. It streamlines the process of signing e-documents with minimal clicks, from document preparation to sending. This saves time and increases the signing rate. I can’t think of any dislikes about SignHouse, as it caters well to small businesses like mine, ensuring recipients can sign documents without feeling overwhelmed. SignHouse solves the problem of user-unfriendliness in other platforms by offering an intuitive design for easy document uploading and sending. There are no limits on the number of documents I can send. SignHouse confidently meets my electronic signature needs with its user-friendly and efficient approach.

I liked Signhouse since its start. The User Interface's super clean and fast
The company founders are simply excellent and prompt to reply and eventually fix issue.
The UX is smooth to work with and getting a proper set up to sign documents requires really minutes.
It can be a real game changer if they implement more features and stick to the roadmap, which is what they're doing right now!

Really promising DocuSign alternative. SignHouse offers a nice UI and a very supportive team! They are listening to user feedback and implemented a lot of additional features, others like Webhooks or Qualified Electronic Signatures which I would like to use are on their roadmap.

SignHouse is a sleek speedster in the world of eSignatures. It's like a well-oiled machine, running smoothly and efficiently without a hiccup. The user experience? Top-notch. It's small in size but punches above its weight, a true David in a field of Goliaths. And the cherry on top? It's 100% legally binding, keeping me on the right side of the law, whether I'm in Europe, the UK, or the US.

I think signhouse is a nice alternative to docusign. It's good to see competitive products launching with similar features and better pricing. Exactly what this space needed. The prices could be better and would be nice to have more workspaces and folders to organize, but it's great to have documents signed and a full audit trail that will hold up in court.

I hav been using DocuSign in past but when I found out about SignHouse I couldn't resist. Best pricing and really great going team. It cut my cost, that's my main factor of switch and the process is too simple as well.
