Total scam . Did not receive what saw on their website . Wanted me to pay to ship back to China to consider a refund and who knows if I would ever see my money. Later they said ship back to Australia ?! The product is total garbage . I will throw it out . Paid in US dollars too . Polyester fabric total garbage and who knows what it’s filled with but it’s flat and I wait days for it to look better after opening the vacuum packed topper. No label no name and straight from China with Chinese writing all over the package . Better to buy from Amazon and atleast you can return and coat for a good tipper is less than half the price . Do not trust this company do not give your money away . They all over the internet . I think there is a West Month and Westmont . I don’t know but I was definitely scammed

I’ve been using this for about a week now and it still feels the same. No flattening or weird changes in texture. That’s usually where other ones fail. So far this one is holding up nicely.

I ordered the King Size mattress topper - it took a while to arrive. Once it did, I was disappointed in it. The site claims a 30 day guarantee. I have reached out twice stating that I wish to return it. No reply at all. No way to get in touch with them.
The product is not bad. It is just not for me. I prefer a firm mattress cover and this is way TO SOFT. I used it for 2 nights in a row and I have not been able to sleep at all.

They emailed me - I can return it..... simply ship to Australia. and they will then "review it" for a return.... that is their easy, simple return policy.

Bottom line - use Amazon.

I’m usually a hot sleeper so I was a bit worried before buying. But this one actually feels breathable and doesn’t trap heat like memory foam does. The comfort level is really nice, soft but still supportive. Been using it for over a week now and no complaints so far.

The fit is actually really good, covers my mattress without any struggle. I like that it doesn’t bunch up or move around during the night. Comfort wise it adds a noticeable layer of softness. Makes sleeping feel more relaxed overall.

At first i thought it would just be another basic topper. But after using it for a few nights i can feel the difference. Sleep feels smoother and less interrupted. Its a simple upgrade but works well.

Item was vacuum packed and is not as advertised. When contact about return, you need to send it back to China at a cost of $120 to $460 depending on shipper. Nearly as much as the topper costs. Realize you are ordering from China with a long shipping time.

What I like most is that it doesn’t move around during sleep. That was a big issue with my previous one. The material feels breathable and light. Overall it’s a good balance of comfort and practicality.

I wanted to share my full experience so others can make an informed decision.

The product arrived in a completely unmarked box with no branding, tags, or documentation. Inside, the topper was vacuum sealed in plain plastic with nothing identifying it as a branded product.

After opening and allowing time for it to expand, it did not match the advertised quality. There was very little fill, and it flattened immediately under normal use. It felt more like a thin blanket than a “hotel-quality” mattress topper.

The return process raised additional concerns. I was instructed to return the item to an address in China and was told that return shipping would be my responsibility, as no prepaid label is provided. The cost to ship an item of this size internationally can be significant and may approach the original purchase price.

The website also contains conflicting return policy language, including requirements for original tags and packaging, which were not provided with the product.

I attempted to resolve this directly with customer service, but was only advised to return the item internationally at my own expense.

Overall, the product and return experience did not align with the expectations set by the company’s advertising.

I am still in the middle of the process to come to a conclusion.

No complaints so far, been using it daily.

GREAT customer service! I was concerned with the delay however they were quick to reply, very kind and handled immediately! I was so impressed especially during the holidays. AMAZING overall experience with the product & customer service!

The shipping wasn’t too bad. Some items were shipped separately. Customer service was very good and responded to my questions. The mattress topper seem to have helped my neck. I’m not near as sore in the morning, which is definitely a good thing.

This is the most amazing topper I’ve ever owned. If you want to get out of bed in the morning don’t buy it because you will not want to get out of bed with this blanket. I want to get in bed early just to cuddle up on my mellow blanket. I plan to buy one for all of my family members too.

It is a definitely a game changer like no other matters toppers I have ever owned!!! First nights sleep I was amazed! Was like sleeping on a bunch of clouds. They have such a wide variety of other sleep products too

I ordered a queen size mattress topper for my partner and myself. At first i was skeptical because order was taking long than i expected however customers service was great and justified that delays were due to high volume sale. I received the product as of last week, and i just want to say that our sleep has been amazing. I don't suffer from any back pain however my sleep quality has improved significantly.

I ordered on February 7 and still have not received the topper as of March 11. I keep getting the run around. This is a scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY.

It is March 25 and still no delivery nor refund. BEWARE.

Ordered the Luxury deep pocket mattress Topper and did not receive what they advertised at ALL. It was a topper with four bands at the corners and does not breathe, feel like cheap polyester. I’ve emailed many times and no response! 30 day money back guarantee, not TRUE!! Do NOT BUY!

This so called company is a scam. I ordered one mattress pad which came with cheap elastic band to attach to mattress, NOT a deep pocket cover!! My phone glitched and they said I ordered a total of 3, which I didn't. I emailed immediately and called my credit card company to no avail. Its in US funds on top of that. When I received the disappointing 3 items, I wanted to return for refunds but was told via email an address in China!!! Post office said it would be $121.00 per pad!! Eventhough the mattress pads came from Mississauga Ontario. Horrible service for item that was not advertised correctly...beware!!

Just purchased yesterday and will be disputing the charge. Zero confidence the product will live up to its billing. Tried to enter the provided order number to track the package but result comes up with "cannot find order". No phone number to cancel order, no response to email sent regarding the order but the charge certainly went through on my CC. Totally disappointed, feel scammed and havent even received the product yet. Just the ordering process feels shady. Hope B of A is able to refund my money. Sent notice to cancel by email 1 day after placing the order but doubt it will be replied to.
