The results lined up with foods that I knew I had a sensitivity to. I was also relieved to see foods I did not suspect because it explained a lot of the symptoms I have been having. The timeframe to receive results was very reasonable and the test was reasonably priced.

Did not get my test results in the promised time frame. It has been 6 days from the promised time frame of receiving my test results and I don't have any results. I have emailed customer service twice and other than acknowledging my email, I have had no response. I paid extra for expediated results.

Fast quick results

This company charged me for two kits to be sent to me. So I put in a bad review. They get back to me and say oh we don’t send kits out. We just send results. This is a scam. I should report this to the Better Business Bureau.

Quick Results. The test results came back much quicker than I anticipated. Testing was very easy and mailing it in was very easy. Instructions were very easy to follow.

This test helped me so much !
I found it to be accurate with my allergy tests. I was told to avoid all raw fruits and vegetables, this test helped me narrow it down to the ones I should avoid or moderate. I found this test very helpful and interesting.

Not accurate

I had food allergy/intolerance testing done through a local Allergy and Asthma center earlier this year, because I was having reactions to certain foods. There are many discrepancies between this test and that one. Many of the foods (and trees) the Allergy center showed reactions to, this test says no reaction. This test also said my iron levels were normal, but a blood test from my PCP done the same day I mailed the hair samples, shows severe anemia.
I should have done more research before ordering this test, as many sources say hair follicle testing is not accurate for testing.

Quick and efficient turn around.

So far so good just got it!

We paid for the family kit, which included 5 tests. We sent in 5 hair samples in the same envelope, all in separate bags, clearly labeled with each name. We received results for 2 people. I emailed to ask about the missing tests, but so far have not seen any more results.

I ordered this test a few years ago and I refer to it all the time. I keep it on my phone. I share this resource with my friends who need to know what allergies they may have. It has really explained sensitivities I have experienced. Thank you so much for this invaluable information. I highly recommend this test.
