Complete scam NEVER use them no matter the cost.

Complete scam. I purchased a pinball machine from Premiumpinballs.com in late November 2025 as a family Christmas present heading to Austin Texas. All was well with shipment est delivery on 12/9. Next it is stuck in Texarkana citing "paperwork issues". Vendor cleared up next day. Weeks later I got a call citing a need for more payment from the shipper for storage ("demurrage"). So it was sitting in Austin texas 40 min from final delivery site ....then nothing ...for weeks. Finally, AFTER Christmas, they called to schedule delivery asking if they could fit a Semi truck in our neighborhood. They determined they needed a smaller truck....which would cost $200 more dollars. Initially I told them to NO. I reconsidered and paid the $200 on 1/20. It is now 2/24 and no machine has been delivered. Just excuse after excuse. I even offered to pick it up when it was in Austin. Worst business I have ever worked with. They have no phone number...for a reason. Complete scam.

Worst freight company EVER! (They are not uShip.com)

Worst freight company EVER!
I was unfortunate enough to purchase an item from a company that used uShipHub on 11/25/25. The item was intended to be a Christmas gift. It has been delayed several times ..first for "paperwork" then to shake down the vendor for additional fees. The expected delivery date is now 12/29/25. That is a 34 day trip from North Carolina to Austin Texas. The item arrived in Austin Texas on 12/15 and they can't seem to deliver it the final local leg for another 14 days. Pitiful. They rely on confusion with the reputable company uShip.com and even use pictures of uShip. They do not respond to the "Contact Us" online message which is the only way to contact them. I even offered to pick the shipped item up in Austin and I have heard nothing. Worst freight company I have ever seen. I will be amazed if my item is not destroyed IF I ever actually get it. It is worth any amount you are asked to pay to AVOID this company at all cost.
