This company is MISLEADING to say the least. I was charged USD 160 by this company under the name “US Immigration Assistance” without clearly understanding that this was a third-party service and not the official US visa fee. This page exploits the system and mimics the graphics of the real site. they dont actualy assist and you fill out the ecsact same information as the actual site!
This company’s payment process and branding made it unclear that this was an optional service. At no point did I knowingly request or need immigration assistance, yet I was charged a substantial fee (120dollars!!). This feels misleading and exploitative, especially for applicants who are simply trying to complete a standard visa process.
I strongly advise others to use only the official US visa website and avoid third-party services like this. I tried to contacted the company for a refund but it seems imposible to get in contact

This company is MISLEADING
This company is MISLEADING to say the least. I was charged USD 185 by this company under the name “US Immigration Assistance Fee NM” without clearly understanding that this was a third-party service and not the official US visa fee. I had already completed my DS-160 application through the official government website and only intended to pay the required MRV fee.
This company’s payment process and branding made it unclear that this was an optional service. At no point did I knowingly request or need immigration assistance, yet I was charged a substantial fee. This feels misleading and exploitative, especially for applicants who are simply trying to complete a standard visa process.
I strongly advise others to use only the official US visa website and avoid third-party services like this. I have contacted the company for a refund and expect a prompt resolution.

Overall okay
Immigration itself was fairly nice. The Embassy was also not as crowded, but it is necessary to be early. But since the appointments itself are a pain to get for longer stays it can be a big problem. Also all the fees for a longer stay are very expensive.
