their service is none existent. you used to be able to reach a human but that seems to be gone now. after waiting 25 min with boring music I went online and tried chatting but that does not take any faster. the reps there seem slow, they multitask with other chats and they can ask the same questions multiple times and they don't even seem to know what they say. wish they would have ai instead... very unpleasant experience. this is not the first time I've noticed this, is the chat team just a bunch of idiots? they act like programmed bots but ineffectively programed

Truly Excellent Support
10 days in after switching, we have had to deal with US Mobile chat support agents many times, but none due to their fault. Each and every time, in at least a dozen different chats with different support agents, they have been extremely helpful, professional, polite and patient. They have helped us to resolve problems caused by our old carrier, our old devices, and difficulty with our phone settings. They helped us to set up a customized "by the gig" account, and navigate the extremely difficult transition from our old incompetent carrier, Total Wireless. No long waits for customer service either, or difficulty getting through to a live agent. A 100% positive experience.

Overall good - setup can have issues for some phones
Overall, their service is good. I have been enjoying using their data plan, and I have no complaints about the service so far. However, I have had some issues with their SIM card kit. I had US mobile in the past, and they used to send two SIM cards: a WARP one (which doesn't work in some phones), and a lightspeed one that works in all phones. Most recently, they stopped shipping the lightspeed SIM card with the kit and replaced it with a "dark star" SIM card. I wish they made it more clear - I was not aware of that at all, since it's not very clear from their order page. When the SIM card kit arrived, I couldn't activate my SIM card, because they didn't ship the lightspeed one, which is the only one that works with my phone. I contacted customer service, and they informed I would need to purchase (pay for) a new SIM card, in addition to that SIM card KIT I had already ordered and waited 6 days for. I said I would just prefer cancelling and requesting a refund for my data plan instead, and then they decided to offer the lightspeed SIM card for "free" (complimentary to the data plan I had already pre-paid for and was waiting so many days to use). I then waited 6 more days, and now finally my SIM card arrived and I can start using my data plan.
After that issue, I didn't have any others, and their customer service chat responded quickly. Overall, the service quality is good. I have been using my data plan without issues so far. However, keep in mind that, depending on the phone you have, the setup may have some challenges as the one I described above.

rang cs to obtain particulars on services, got a pleasant fellow with heavy accent that used too many words. we spent about 30 minutes together and for each question we had, we were put on hold for 3-4 minutes so he could get info; then we had to have everything repeated twice to understand.

Also, the service with US Mobile is fantastic. It’s significantly cheaper than the main three carriers while still using their services. Highly recommended if you live in an area where you may have great data connection with one provider, and then need to switch to something else to keep your data connection solid.

Switching to a new carrier is always a little worrying, especially when it’s not one of the big ones. However, my initial experience with US Mobile so far has been five stars. Even though I ran into a problem that I needed help resolving Ammad was very patient and able to help me get my service working. Great first start to a potentially long-term relationship. Best company for getting assistance in 2026
This company is the easiest company to work with of any business in 2026. Someone is always available to speak with via chat. They help you figure out what's going on, they are always friendly, they have personality, and they treat you with respect. I spoke with Usman Ansari and found his service 10 stars, 5 stars isn't enough. This company does a great job and it is so easy to get help whenever I have a problem.
