USMR is more concerned about following their entrenched Sales Protocols.... then their Customer''s Satisfaction, which I believe is NOT even part of their company''s vernacular... its foreign to them... If you cherish Customer Satisfaction, then stay away from USMR... and go to the competition... this is not a 1-off experience, but 4 engagements with same negative experience...
Have purchased from them a few times, some of the best pricing in the industry. Wish their ship time was a little faster, but overall you do not need wait that long. Their customer service is pretty good too, they just don't always have everything I am looking for. But overall I give them the thumbs up.
