Tried to call

Tried to call, nobody answered. Tried to leave a message and the phone hung up. I need to cancel my unit. There’s nothing in it and there won’t be.

Wrong size and no customer service help

The unit I paid for was 4' x 8' feet (in my payment confirmation email) but when I arrived, the unit was a small locker. I called to report that I paid for a larger unit and was told I would be contacted within 24 hours. A week later, I had not heard back. I called again and only reached a call center who told me that they would remind the property to call me back. Still haven't received a call back.

Easy process from stat to finish

The whole process was easy from start to finish. I actually secured my unit paid for it on line and was able to start putting things in it the same evening. The staff at the site was very engaged and provided excellent customer service, I wish I could remember her name but she was great!

The rental process was very easy

The rental process was very easy, done on line, with a good introductory rate. I'm happy my unit is a drive-up unit. The app for accessing the gate using bluetooth is so easy and I am glad they offer this. One star removed for having to bring my blower to blow out the dust before putting my stuff in the unit, and for the office staff using my phone to input 5 star review before I even knew what was happening.

Crystal, MN location

I wouldn’t trust the Crystal location with anything of mine ever again. They continuously raise the prices and the place just gets worse. Today, we found litter all over the floor in front of our unit and discovered litter inside our unit, covering some of our items. I’m not even going to bother reaching out to the office because they’re completely nonresponsive. We just put in our notification to vacate and will recommend this place to NOBODY.

Edit: I emailed them DAYS ago. They don’t actually care enough to respond.

The customer service at the LA location…

The customer service at the LA location 733 Osage Ave. IS terrible they close the door at 5:30 pm when the office hours are supposed to be 6:00 p.m. closing time I can't even get in there to get my gate code to move in after I paid all this money to move insince 7/29 with my work schedule 5:30 p.m. is the earliest I can get there before closing and I would expect that the office would still be open especially when the posted closing hour is at 6:00 p.m. I think to find other arrangements for my storage needs would be a better option for me at this point.

Just go to a different place

Signed up for one online got a call to reconfirm then went in and they said they needed to redo it which took FOREVER and was not informed I was not at the right address so I called to cancel the other one and they transferred me and two words into my voicemail it hung up on me. Then was insinuated auto pay was a bad idea so had to go into the office within the next week another time or I’d be charged a late fee. I was also told 3 different prices but anyway storage unit is a good size though so I won’t give it a one 🙂
