Good value for what I wanted, well describe and delivered quickly

Sells items they actually haven't got then tries to palm you off with other stuff. Tries to blame supplier, but surely you sell what you have not what you hope to get. Avoid

Quick delivery item well packaged easy transaction

I received the item on Saturday 10th February 2024. The delivered was fast and safe my parcel. Thanks to God for safe my order.

ZERO after-sales support or returns: The literal definition of a one-man band, rogue-trader.

A quick delivery but item was different to advertised photos and seller ignores all contact attempts for some reason, turning this into one of the worst sellers I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

The entire website is full of lies: the guy ignores EVERY method of contact he advertises; the whole returns policy is a sham as he ignores all attempts to arrange any returns. I used Companies House to get his full address for returns, yet he has provided no refund for goods he received back in perfect condition and original packaging. Had to report him for fraud to my card provider for a chargeback transaction. Also, his filed accounts show he only sells a few hundred items a year, at most, meaning the constant 'other customer just purchased x' pop-ups on the site are just another in a long list of lies.

In short, he is an extremely dishonest one-man-band fraudster and I STRONGLY recommend you steer well clear.

Very quick delivery nice shirt but unfortunately the wrong shade of orange, had to return it.

Lovely quality shirt for daughter for school and an amazing price will definitely be using again.

Ordered as a Christmas present on 2- 3 day delivery meant to be an english company still waiting on 27th and had only one email since ordering saying its been shipped (obviously not English company)

My husband had this jacket on his birthday wish list. Unfortunately it was out of stock from the company he found it on. Looking online Usualwear Ltd came up- they had the same jacket in stock cheaper and free p and p! It was an easy site to use and very efficient service and postage. I have just given the jacket to my husband and his thrilled using it for fishing trips. He now wants the trousers so I ve recommended Usualwear. Thank you 😊
