The worst web site I have ever used. e.g. a drop down list of countries in scrambled reverse alphabetical order.
I opened several tickets for problems but just got automatic replies thanking me for sending the problem. One ticket took 3 months to be resolved. Another is still open after 2 weeks. As a result I cannot schedule an interview appointment.
Calls to the support desk does not help. It just seems to be a call center that can answer a few basic questions.
Also impossible to find an address to write to this organization or an email address.

My bf used the service and it’s so bad.
the main reason for this is to get an appointment but the issue is you need to pay to know when you can get the appointment and yet there might not be appointments that you can use.

You paid and you might not get an appointment this is kind of stupid!!

they didn’t let me get an appointment after paying they said. This is stupid.

I have never had such a bad experience with an organisation/website. I cannot login to my account and numerous calls to their support have no effect.
They raise tickets with their technical guys but nothing happens.
I cannot schedule my visa appointment any other way and this is now 2 months that I am waiting for a solution.

My original support request was responded by a human, but then closed soon without further explanation or a resolution. The follow-up ticket was closed immediately with a standard copy-paste irrelevant response, same for a different request sent later. I bet their response and resolution dashboards look nice, yet a terrible customer experience.

WORST COMPANY EVER. I CAN'T IMAGINE HOW THIS COMPANY OPERATES AND HANDLES VISA APPOINTMENTS FOR THE USA. IT'S A SHAME

These people are scammers, I made a payment for USA visa appointment which is $185, an equivalent of N305,250, on the 30th of October 2024 and up till now nothing has been done about it and they keep posting me each time I create a ticket on their website, they are criminals to the core, they can't make it a non refundable fee when they know they can't do anything, they should kindly refund me because I am supposed to be there for a convention by May 2025 yet no date of interview till now.

They seem like scammers
I filled out all the official required visa forms on the official US government website. I also paid the official visa-fee. To get further, you have to deal with this website to make an appointment at the US Embassy for the follow-up, but this website is the worst thing that happens to you in the process.
From this point on you are left to your own devices and there is no clarity anymore. You try to make an appointment via this website, and you see available time slots, but this does not work, because when choosing an available time slot it gets stuck and you cannot continue.
Then..
The only way to get support is to create a support ticket. I have created 4 support tickets so far. Only on the first ticket I received (unfortunately) a -- meaningless -- general robotic response. On the other three tickets I have received no response. I have no idea what to do next!
For the record, I have:
- Completed all official documents correctly and completely;
- Paid the official fee of €181.52
- Paid €28.50 for pick-up and delivery service on this website.
But there is no next step and I really do not know what to do now.

They claim to be the platform for US visa application. The worst govermental platform experience I have ever had. There are many bugs in the system and the only way to get help is creating a support request ticket. However, what you receive is an automated reply that your request is escalated to somewhere, the ticket is moved to on hold and then you never hear back from them. I paid for a visa delivery. Apperantly they changed the delivery provider. And guess what, now they asked me pay again for it, double-charge!
