being first time renters Of an rv/ toyhauler we ran into a lot of pitfalls... the trailer we took out was new inventory and the shop wasn’t 100% schooled on it... they gave us some $$ back but we felt the situation/communication/overall experience could have been better... we’ll give it a second chance though.

I rented an RV and told them that I was camping remotely for a week in the desert . Unfortunately the battery system was not charged very well as the low battery alarm went off all night long for a week straight. I had to get up every few hours and start the engine to get the alarm to shut off. When I came back to return the RV I told the gentleman who checks out the RV about the issue and had expected at least a discount but of course ended up being charged the full price. Our trip ended up being very frustrating rather then fun and I had very little sleep. Extremely poor customer service! I would never recommend this company.

They helped us select the right RV for us. They showed us how to use everything during the walk through when we picked it up. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish.

Things were not working when we took out the tent trailer, fridge, zippers to connect it together. It took an hour and a half to check out, and put us behind on leaving.

We had to postpone our rental due to sickness and were promised to not loose our deposit.
Calling to make a new reservation, surprise, I was told the deposit could not be used anymore.
So we lost $$$ while Utah RV Rentals rented to someone else and double dipped. Poor service!!!

I have used your rentals several times. But the last two times were terrible. The trailer we used did not have the correct electrical plugs. It was a mess.itkept shorting out. But we gave it another shot. This time was even worse. The air conditioning did not work and the awning was broke.
That is why we rented a trailer!

Explained this to them when we returned and they were going to give the information to the manager.
We never heard from anyone!
Remember, we had rented these trailers for several years, but NO MORE.

They are good to work with. The last time I used them they assured me that the gas tanks were full. I called while I was gone to problem solve why the refrigerator was not working. When we returned the tanks were completely empty. Very frustrating.

Even though smoking is prohibited in their RV's, ours completely stunk of cigarette smoke. Their response was we are the last rental, then they will sell it.

Great people, great product, easy to work with. The only downfall I could give is not all the trailer was in working order. It maybe someone broke it before me and with it being peak season they can't get it in to be fixed cause someone will always rent it. Other then that I was very very happy with them and if I rent again I will use them again!

They are easy to work with and the terms are clear
