Had difficulty setting up new account online. Contacted help centre and after a few communications online the bank phoned me and sorted out the account over the phone.

The bank staff were very helpful in making the investment
The bank staff were very helpful in overcoming the frustrating faults in the data collection screens (which I trust are being reviewed).
We have invested a total of £16.000 in a Fixed Term bond - but it would be nice to have some acknowledgement of receipt!

Just transferred an ISA from UTB. The customer support was second to none. I would have reinvested if only the interest rates currently on offer were a little more favourable.

Not as smooth as I expected
Had to phone to transfer my maturity balance into a new account as website isn’t letting me do this despite guidance from staff who told me where to look on website .
Hoping to receive confirmation soon as usually with other companies it is instant .
I appreciate the reply below . Still haven’t had confirmation of my new product.
