Opening an account online was not so straightforward, but they were very good on the phone. There was no waiting in queue and were able to help and sort out any queries.

I messed up
I messed up, sent £ from a non nominated account. Phoned up on the following day and the money was back in my account the same day. Great service. Always answer promptly and knowledgeable staff. Good rates are a bonus

Moving money between accounts was straight forward via secure e mail. In an ideal world I would prefer using an app as per my own personal bank but I understand the need for additional security
