Company won’t respond, communication can only be done by email
Placed an order and sat on an email confirmation of an order for a week. Emailed them asking status, no response. Waited a couple of days, contacted them to either cancel order or provide tracking number. Got a tracking number and for over a week, tracking still says no order found. Have contacted twice, no response. Sent email to cancel order and refund credit card. It is now June 1
