Massive massive C U Next Tuesday’S

These guys phone me every week with unsolicited calls stating that they’re calling from Three promotions asking me to upgrade my three phone…

I don’t have a three phone and they’re not from Three.
When I ask them if they’re really from Three they hang up on me…

Every week they call me…

Please stop calling me…

If I wanted a phone I definitely would not buy from some random company who happen to continue to pester me week in and week out with unsolicited calls to upgrade my phone…

Surely at some point the people at the call centre should realise how reviled they are in society and find a better job that benefits humanity rather than make people feel angry all the time…

Our experience with The Letting Hub so far.

Beth has been very helpful with explaining how the utilities are handled when moving into a new property and we really appreciate that as this is the first time my partner and I are moving in together.

We have set up the broadband so far and advice on chasing this up as the move in date approaches. aAs soon as we move in, the rest of the utilities will be switched on and Beth has been very helpful and answered all our questions in a polite and timely manner. Thank you again.

Fantstic Service.

Maisie Keeley has just been fantastic in assisting us with our utilities. We are new to the Country and had no idea about how to sort out the various accounts we needed and on how to set them up. Maisie was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly efficient. Wonderful service.

Couldn't recommend more.

I dealt directly with Maisy, and she couldn't have been more helpful. From talking me through the process from start to finish to reassuring me of the best policy, Maisy was super friendly and understanding- couldn't recommend enough!

Fast, Helpful and Effective Service

I organised a call back and have managed to sort our wifi and utilities for our new house in the best part of a few hours. I have only taken 2 calls and replied to a couple of emails. All together, it has probably taken the best part of 15 minutes. Better yet, the prices they found were considerably cheaper than the estimates I found elsewhere. Would highly recommend. Thank you Beth and the team!

Recent move, hassle free switchover

Beth Lane contacted me after moving into my new rental accommodation and she was fantastic. I moved in over the weekend after receiving a quote from her that seemed to good to be true. Contacted her Monday and my switch is all underway! Extremely hassle free and very friendly on the phone as well! To top it off I'm pretty positive I'm saving at least £100 if not more!

Smooth process

This company offered no help in setting…

This company offered no help in setting up the utilities. On the contrary, it tried to sabotage and made it more complicated than it should be.

When I got the initial call, I thought it would be a super easy deal. The manager promised to set up the utilities and internet before the move to make a seamless transition from one property to another. I moved in and found out that utilities and internet were still assigned to the previous owner, but I did not question it because I was under the impression that some hard work is going on the background.

One week after the move I tried to contact the manager via email and phone to no avail. I only got a reply after I included in cc all of the parties involved in the rental process. The manager reassured me that he is working on the utilities set up.

One and a half month after the move I started getting worried, because all of the bills were still coming on the previous tenant's name including some overdue payments with a pretty significant sum. I decided to call the internet company myself and found out what the issue was. When setting up the internet, my manager messed up the flat number, so my contract was put on hold since there was another contract from another tenant on that flat.

When I notified the manager about the issue, he did not acknowledge nor helped sorting out the issue. Instead, he asked me what company am I getting the electricity bills from. Then he asked me to call that company and set up the contract with them over the phone. Seriously? Do I really need a "utility set up" company to tell me to read the electricity bill addressed to the previous tenant and then call the electricity company myself? What is it this company does then? At this point I got pretty frustrated, and set everything up myself (electricity/gas/water/internet) within two weeks time.

I am fine with the company which does not do it's job, but when they leave an impression that they will handle it and they don't, it's just wasting so much of my time and brain cells, it's beyond understanding. Just do everything yourself, don't use them.
