Utility deal provided an outstanding service for our SME. The process was incredibly efficient from start to finish. Their broker clearly explained the available options and secured a transfer to a new supplier that offered a far more competitive rate than we could have achieved independently.

The entire transfer was handled by their team, making it completely hands-off for us. The transition was smooth with no issues. The savings on our business electricity bills are substantial and very welcome. A highly professional and effective company. I will definitely use them again when our contract is up for renewal.
