SCAM COMPANY AVOID
Would have put zero stars they are that bad! Used them to find me an electricity supplier after being hounded with calls. At that point I thought was a scam should have gone with my gut. They did eventually find me a supplier. What they didn’t make me aware of is that if there is a dispute with the supplier which is already on the premises that I will charged just under a £1000. Avoid Utility Bidder at all costs they are an absolute SCAM

We can also see that unfortunately, you have completed a contract directly with a supplier after agreeing a contract through us which results in our contract failing to go live . This is a breach of the Terms and Conditions that were part of the contractual agreement between yourself and Utility Bidder.

Complicit in selling energy contracts to scam companies
Although their customer service is great and they seem to be getting you good deals. I would be very careful trusting them. They work with companies such as Yorkshire gas & power. 3 years I have spent fighting them, complaint after complaint after complaint, random amounts of money tried from the bank, threatening letters, broken payment plans, closing complaints without dealing with them. They once broke into my pub to disconnect the gas supply, because of their mistake even the Baliff was embarrassed.
There latest trick, instructing a company called utility collection and adding 15 percent to the bill because of THEIR mistake.
But yes, the company you keep says a lot about you and if they’re selling you down the river to these crooks and countless other scam energy companies then they clearly can’t be trusted.
Best to just go directly to one of the big energy companies

Excellent Customer Service
I have been with Utility Bidder for a few years now. Another company got involved and tried to con me into changing to them. I was angry and upset but Utility Bidder contacted my supplier and sorted it all out, then got in touch with me to tell me that it was all sorted out. Very pleased with the Customer Service I received and the speed that they dealt with it.

Staff really helpful and great advice
Kenny Colwell was really helpful in finding our business the best rates for several different sites that we occupy. This will save us thousands over the course of the year. I couldn't recommend this company and Kenny highly enough. No pressure sales, just simple to understand information.

Helpful service and friendly staff
The process was very straight forward even though we had a few issues along the way but they where sorted promptly.
Kimberly who was sorting out our contracts for the upcoming renewal was so helpful, kind and compassionate. Nothing was ever too much for her and she made the process quick and easy.
