What an unprofessional company they…
What an unprofessional company they are, we had an email from William Marston in regards to work in partnership with them. Rang them and spoke to the most unprofessional guy named Richard who is not at all trained on telephone ethics, if you can't respect the individuals specially in service sector you are absolutely in the wrong job and I wonder how you were been appointed for the Job. If any one would hear the conversation could simply make out how arrogant he was. Dear Bosses there, if you are keen in quality listen to our conversation, even if you wish to say no, you should be humble and polite enough to say it in a way. I would have fired this bugger straight away.
