I had a great experience with the sale of my mums property. Professional, friendly and always prompt in replying to queries and chasing things up. Highly recommended.

Friendly and professional solicitors based in Carmarthen
The Quay, SA31 3JP, Carmarthen, United Kingdom
I had a great experience with the sale of my mums property. Professional, friendly and always prompt in replying to queries and chasing things up. Highly recommended.
Experienced, knowledgeable and supportive team. Don’t be tempted by cheaper online options. Conveyancing is torturous enough without an experienced solicitor and his team working for you. I would highly recommend Roland and Marie for business and private property matters. First class.
Sadly, I cannot recommend this firm. An hour's consultation was a total waste of my time. On more than one occasion my allocated 'consultant'' told me "this is not my area of expertise". It certainly wasn't ! Another reviewer for this firm claimed that " money doesn't always buy you better service." I agree. A hefty price paid for mediocre service. Lesson learned. I won't be returning.
Their office might be the fanciest in Carmarthen but their attitude sucks. We used this company for conveyancing during summer last year: or had begun to. There is not anyone even to meet you in reception: you wait in an office for someone to come. Owner Christian friendly enough on the phone, but having said personal service was important to the company, and part of the reason his fee was higher, seemed annoyed at having to meet us at all. I had already confirmed cost with him by email, but it strangely turned out to be £300 more when he presented us with paperwork, and alarm bells started flashing. He got angry when we pointed out the discrepancy and so we left and did not proceed. A very unfortunate experience - money does not always buy you better service.
