We communicated to AFI to explain that…

We communicated to AFI to explain that we were going to be late for the training course. The course had started 3 minutes before we had arrived and the instructor would not allow two of our staff to attend, despite communication on a number of occasions leading up to this on the morning of the course. We paid over £300 for the course and when I asked if we could reschedule we were told we would have to rebook at full price.

Excellent!

Excellent training session today with the guys at UTN Training!
I had J.J. teaching an IPAF 3a and 3b course and it was all spot on, no nonsense, no time waste but all straight to the point and well structured in a logical order with key elements highlighted in a clever manner so they get secured into the learner’s memory.
I could sense the fact that J.J. has an extensive teaching experience by his ability to quickly adapt to the individual’s needs.
Well done!
