Utrrr/Blakify and owner Arron William CHILD is total SCAM that calls himself a "digital marketer". :Barf:
Collected $67 from a lot of people for a lifetime deal on Appsumo then abruptly closed the service.
Such a disgraceful and unethical owner and business.
The company is still active as UTRRR LIMITED, Company number 14818497 after he changed the name from Blakify Limited.
The owner is also an owner of MURMA LTD
**Review of Utrrr (Blakify) Lifetime Deal**
AppSumo offered a lifetime deal for Utrrr (Blakify), an audio and voiceover tool that initially worked well, providing users with a promising solution for creating voiceovers. However, complications arose whem my account was abruptly deactivated without explanation, leading to understandable frustration.
The appeal of a lifetime deal turned sour as affected I found myself without access to services I paid for, and the lack of communication from both Utrrr (Blakify) and AppSumo compounded the issue. Efforts to address the situation through customer support have yielded no results.
**Bottom Line**: The Utrrr (Blakify) lifetime deal experience underscores the importance of vendor reliability and effective communication. For those considering future LTDs, it highlights the need for caution and thorough investigation into the service and provider's track record.
Bought a lifetime, got a little over a month no refunds, no warning. Is there a way to sue this guy, it is obvious it was his intent to get as many lifetime subscriber's and close shop he knew they were closing and defrauded everyone if someone knows how to get this guy please let me and others know.
Bought a lifetime subscription for UTRRR via AppSumo. Worked great but recently it’s been failing with customer support nowhere.
UTRRR is closing down. I feel sorry for others who bought this deal. It seems a lifetime deal wasn’t financially liable.
I purchased a lifetime deal from Appsumo. After 8 months, they stopped their service. In the last few months, their service was extremely faulty. I think this is a scam company.
Aaron William Child (Bristol, UK) now did shut down Utrrr, after taking the money of many; including those with Appsumo 'lifetime' deals. So it is/was, a scam. He should be prosecuted for it.
The Utrrr (Blakify) platform is NOT reliable. We are having difficulty accessing our account for the past 2 weeks and their Support Team is not responding. They should at least give a heads-up or an announcent if there are issues. Very unprofessional and risky for your business. Look elsewhere for your peace of mind.
F = Fail, Trainwreck. History: Formerly Blakify, now UTRRR. Avoid at all costs. We bought via AppSumo a lifetime deal that's no longer. They promised unlimited everything (to get your money) and a WP Plugin... Then zip, zero, nothing. They maybe(?) had good intentions until it was trainwrecked by poor planning and management.
First issue: We couldn't sign in, and support was poor when we, as admins, lost access to our site. Second issue: ALL support requests went unanswered.
Ironically, there's another deal with AppSumo. Buyers should beware; they maybe(?) think consumers are not smart?? They allegedly changed the interface's colors, re-packaged it, and tried to resell it for a higher fee. Those screenshots look like the same interface as Blakify, UTRRR....
However, many times, they try to rebrand or "repackage" a poorly supported product; it's pretty sad and bad. This is most likely why (allegedly) they are unsuccessful and probably hemorrhaging money or finding ways to revive a poorly launched product. This product is the poster child for bad karma. They have poor reviews. They don't do what they say they will do...
We recommend that to save headaches and disappointment, if we had the opportunity to do this again, we would not buy this product with the type of poorly supported services this company offers that clearly do not intend to support their product and consistently rip off consumers.
We (allege) by our experiences that this is NOT an ethical company with integrity. We have emails to support every attempt we made to get in touch with them. With no answer/response as a paying customer kicked off the interface, we cannot even sign in, for MONTHS and MONTHS.
Echoing the same experience as others here. No warning, and my account was shut down. Would appreciate a resolution
I bought a lifetime subscription to blakify.com via appsumo (then blakify changed their name to utrrr.com), a text-to-speech service, hoping to use it for my content creation needs.
However, I was very disappointed and frustrated by their service. They blocked my account without any reasons or notices, and they did not answer any of my emails. I tried to contact them several times, but I got no response.
This is a scam and a fraud. I wasted my money and time on this service.
I do not recommend utrrr.com to anyone. Stay away from this company.
AVOID!!!!! Utrrrly AWFUL. Totally untrustworthy company, that out of the blue deactivated the accounts of people who had bought "Lifetime" deals though Appsumo. Without even offering notification to allow for a tidy exit, saving stuff etc. and certainly no refunds or deals on any subscription.
And actually there's a lot better looking more user friendly TTS software out there anyway.
It's a shame Appsumo don't take it seriously, it reflects badly on anything else offered on Appsumo, so is hard on other sellers, it basically means Appsumo is too risky to use now and you can't rely on the products so can't use for anything serious. It's the second TTS software that has caused issues for us. So basically avoid Appsumo too!!!!!
As someone who was initially excited about UTRRR's (formerly known as Blakify) lifetime deal, I find myself in the uncomfortable position of having to share a rather negative experience with other potential users and buyers.
I came across UTRRR's software through the AppSUmo. The enticing offer of a lifetime deal quickly turned bittersweet when rumors began surfacing that the company was seeking a buyer for their site. This raised immediate red flags, as the possibility of a new owner not honoring existing lifetime deals became a concerning uncertainty.
UTRRR has even removed all their lifetime deal customers, I've posted a video on Youtube which will probably come up if you search for UTRRR.
I'm not the only one who has been removed and the funny thing is new paid customer or trial user can access the platform.
Anyways, just stay away from this service provider and there are better alternatives out there.
Company is a scam, they deactivate accounts after paying for it
Why are lifetime deal accounts getting deactivate without any notice, nor having used your service in the last months? *F*R*A*U*D*
