Great products
Great products, and the collections are always amazing! Fast delivery and premium packaging. The only downside is that shipping costs to France are quite high... Also, just a small warning about sizing: it can vary from one product to another

I would like the brand to show the…
I would like the brand to show the actual product images when launching a new collection. It’s difficult to tell what products and designs are available just from the teaser videos, which makes it harder to decide what to buy and plan my purchases in advance. This is especially important because once the collection goes live, we have to compete with customers from all over the world to purchase the items.
I would also like the brand to offer discounts from time to time, such as free shipping when reaching a minimum purchase amount, or introduce a tiered membership program to reward and retain loyal customers.
Another thing is that when launching a pop-up or opening a shop in Korea, I would appreciate it if the brand could announce it more than two weeks in advance. This would give customers enough time to plan their trip and make arrangements to visit the store.
