My client ordered her mural to small. I reached out on her behalf to see if uwall could make me a piece to fit in. Unfortunately they can't but they helped out with a discount to order a new one.

The quality of the ordered wallpaper is poor
The quality of the ordered wallpaper is questionable in several places and there were several centimeters of spectacular paint defects. After I contacted the customers service, I have received partly refund but I should get a new wallpaper also.

I take back my words for the other 3…
I take back my words for the other 3 star review I left. When I checked the wallpaper, I saw 1-2 pieces with slightly orange-ish, blue colors in it(which I didn’t like) BUT I then I took more pieces out and they where not the same. The whole image, with all together…it’s brilliant!!!

It takes over two weeks to get an email…
It takes over two weeks to get an email response. There is no phone number or other way to reach them. I only received a quick reply after posting a first rather negative review on Trustpilot.
Email responses lack continuity. While the team does reply, there is no coherent follow-up process.
This week, I received a reply to an email I sent in early July—even though the issue had already been addressed following my first negative Trustpilot review.
They offered me a 50% discount to redo the order, but I didn't respond to that offer. They then offered me a free replacement order; I accepted and asked for an order confirmation and delivery date (but a week later, there has been no response).
In the meantime, I received another email offering a 40% discount for the same problem! There is no internal communication; everything is handled piecemeal and with long delays, causing information and customer follow-up to get lost. A customer's email should be assigned to a specific person responsible for resolving the issue.
I clearly received three completely different responses regarding the same situation.
The response time should be 24–48 hours, not two weeks.
I am still waiting for delivery confirmation for the replacement order...
