The website is so easy to use

I tried to cancel back in August and their support team confirmed I had cancelled but it’s now November and I’m still being charged. I’ve gotten no response from their support team since then either. Completely misleading and terrible business practices.

Saves me a ton of time and generate good results. That said, they could use some help on the user experience/journey. They are clearly moving fast on features, but lot of them to lack thought on how the user experiences them.

I think it is a very good starting point for designs, maybe to start on good practices on UI and UX design, something i do not really like is that the designs it produces are too similar to stuff that is out there a long time ago already, maybe introducing a bit more of modern approaches will be nice

I liked my experience using UX pilot because of its easiness and how well they have authorized artificial intelligence to help us human building and designing applications from scratch however, the constant using for coins and the application is bothering me and limiting my options. And that’s understandable those kids want to make money. May the Lord bless them all and keep up the good job.

I love UXPilot and it has really streamlined my decision making process by accelerating iteration and avoid blank canvas. If you have foundational knowledge about UX and UI design this tool will give you an unfair advantage.

I’m not exaggerating when I say this is genuinely one of the best tools I have found. I’ve spent the last week working on the front end of my website and UX Pilot just did it way better than I could’ve done it and within minutes!!!! Not only that, BUT IT GAVE ME THE CODE!!!! Which I only edited to work with my framework and that was it!!!!!! AMAZING.

Customer support is terrible. They refuse to issue refunds if you forget about your subscription's auto-renewal, even if it's within minutes and with unused credits. Other users share similar experiences below. Feels like a scam!

Seriously a game changer I can do things in less than two hour that take me four or five days before that but there really is a lot of bug that need to be fixed before. because I lost Recently some of my works and I had to do four or five screens agains. But it's work in progress and it will be amazing very quickly

I want to cancel and get a refund I just subscribed today but the AI agent is saying no refunds. I haven’t used any of the features or credits from the premium subscription yet. I need help cancelling and getting a refund

Wildly overpromised with tools that look real, by only when use prepare the Design system components, you will find out nothing works.
I guess this is classic "Fake it until you make it" thing. Adam is trying to fundraise and doesn't even check customer feedback on emails.
Such a scam!

No customer service. Email on site does not work. Unable to send using outlook. Chatted with rep on chat widget and did not get billing problem resolved. Intermittent communication. Dark patterns.

Dear UX Pilot support:
I can see that you wrote a reply to the review I wrote. I did write back immediately in the customer service chat with Ibrahim and there was no response for multiple days in a row and nor did I receive any emails from customer support so it's too late for your response now. I have reported you guys for fraud. I have no trust in UX Pilot AT ALL based on these reviews and shady customer support practices. You guys need to treat customers better when you take large amounts of money from them to try your product.

I cannot unsubscribe from the newsletter. I wrote numerous messages, I clicked the link, and they keep sending me newsletters.
