5 year warranty and awesome service
After emails to their support address seemingly being ignored, this company went from zero to hero by me using their web-based contact form. Within a day they responded to a warranty query for my PIR light which had a five year warranty (and was about 3 years old). The fault was that the sensor had come away and I was asking for advice on how to fix it as the unit is a sealed one. Once I had proved the purchase date (thank you Amazon order history) they advised a replacement would be sent but as the model had been superseded would the newer one be OK? Details were attached. A quick confirmation back with my address in UK and the replacement was despatched via DPD and delivered the next day. I doubt anyone can provide better service than that so would recomnend this company. I would suggest though that they fix the email support issue that meant I felt I was being ignored as I would have left a one star in the beginning.

Very impressed all round
We had a unit fail whilst under warranty. A couple of emails with proof of purchase and we were offered a replacement from the current range. Our unit having gone out of production.
A couple of days later, the new and improved unit arrived. It fitted the same wall mounting points, so only took minutes to have working.
Really impressed with the help and service from Daniel. The products are very well built and look very slick once installed. Zero complaints even if one of the original units developed a fault.

Brilliant after-sales service
I recently emailed V-TAC regarding an led batten light that started flickering after 18 months so not new but within their extended warranty period. After answering a few simple questions a new one was dispatched to and received by me the very next day. Just excellent communication and customer service from Daneil at V-TAC, a good product and a model for other service teams to work towards - thank you!

Exceptional service
Exceptional service! Had a fault with a light fitting and it was still under warranty. Replaced within 3 days. No fuss no hurdles or hoops to jump over or through. Just good old fashioned great customer service

I bought a pack of V-TAC LED bulbs that…
I bought a pack of V-TAC LED bulbs that state they’re good for 30,000 hours and >15,000 turn offs and ons. I can categorically state that I haven’t got as much as 15% of their claim.
Addendum: V-Tac replied and requested that further particulars be provided. However the email address they have given comes back with “domain couldn’t be found”.
Further addendum: the mystery is solved! The reply from V-Tac that gave an email address unfortunately missed out an “e” from it.

Purchased 25 light fittings for a job
Purchased 25 light fittings for a job. Unfortunately 6 have gone faulty. Poor service from the supplier.
Spoke to Reggie at V-Tac, very helpful, sending replacements out and there to help if any more troubles.
