Again I would not recommend this…
Again I would not recommend this company at all.
They have collected vehicle and say outstanding balance is over £15 grand , the car is worth 6 in space of year.
All the extra charges they put on
vehicle, customer service from start to finish was poor and they brought the car before i even seen it.
They never even give me the registration doc I had to pay extra.
I had mechanical failing with the car in short space of time of having the vehicle even the garage said this is rare even the dealer they said speak to finance company in these cases they usually quite reasonable and pay half or part of but no it took months for even to get a response which made me furious even more .
They ignored emails even when i said the speaker had gone on my phone they kept ringing wth , asked for email correspondance what a suprise they so were hapoy to obliged NOT.
No response from emails and were blamed on staff training and holiday for no response ????
No I'm sorry , you have been far from helpful from the very first day , if I'm having to pay then I want vehicle .
It's like if I had a loan , not going to pay the whole agreement off if I've not benefitted from having the whole amount of money ?
Yes I did question payments, why the extra cost when I disagreed felt pressured to signing because they knew I was desperate and just got flagged around which I'd why they made it difficult to hand vehicle back which I'm pretty sure I'm entitled to do but was denied this !!!
I'm sure I'm not the only one who wanted to hand vehicle back within days , were they helpful NO, Did I ask for them to collect vehicle YES , straight away YES did they hinder this process YES they certainly did.
