I really enjoyed my training at the academy, the lecture was as informative as possible and the practicals were on point. I had hands on practical all equipment were available for practicals and I was allowed to experiment what was being taught.

I recently attended the Senior HCA Leadership Workshop and found the instructor's delivery to be exceptional.
The instructor brought a wealth of experience across multiple health sectors, which was highly valuable. This broad perspective made the session feel holistic and provided us with a wide array of ongoing tools applicable across our diverse Senior HCA functions.
The session was very engaging, thanks to a great format that blended group activities followed by constructive discussions. This kept the training interactive and the pace excellent.
I particularly appreciated the instructor's straightforward and open personality. This created a safe environment that encouraged clear communication, allowing us to ask direct questions and lead open discussions in a highly productive way.

The whole programme was well organized despite the duration of the training being short and compacted. Time management, course outline including materials used was on point. The facilitator also was approachable. He tried by all means to engage the participants with various practicals and theory which made it easier. I enjoyed the good communication skills as well.
